going through the drive thru is normally a waiting game. no problem. but this time why did I pull forward, watch 4-5 cars come behind me and leave? then when I go inside, there are 2 ladies standing behind the drink counter. the employee who took my order grabs my food bags, one of the ladies says "is that her?" "yes" she sets my bags down and all 3 walk away. no one acknowledged me, no apologies for the delay... as if I was the issue. to top it off, the order wasn't complete. so disappointing because the morning crew is SO pleasant!
12.50 lesson LEARNED. LEAVE MY HOUSE DRIVE TO WENDY'S.
NO CARS IN THE DRIVE THRU. I ORDERED ON THE APP. WENT RIGHT TO THE WINDOW WAS TOLD TO PULL UP WAIT THERE (10 MIN WAIT) FOR 2 BURGERS AND A 10 PIECE NUGG!

Your restaurant is EMPTY you have plenty of time to put out QUALITY food . But nooo I get two HEAT LAMP BURGERS AND BEEF JERKY NUGGETS BURGERS. NUGGETS. FRIES. IVE WORKED FAST FOOD NO LONGER THAN 5 TO 7 MINS TO DROP FRESH FOOD IT TOOK ME THAT LONG TO DRIVE UP THERE!!

Horrible service. Attitude problems. just horrible all around. Deja had the biggest attitude and was basically shoving food into my friends moms hand even though she literally said she’s trying and that her hand is broken not even acknowledging it and just kept shoving the food. plz be better and acknowledge what ur customers say and have better attitude
Hi me and my family came to order some lunch and the food was horrible. ice cool nuggets. I ask for grilled chicken and they gave me crispy. That was also tight and frozen. The fries was halfway full. my order was $47 and what time this is not right it’s just horrible The only thing that was good was the ice out of machine.
Absolutely horrible service. My husband and I came in with our 2 kids to eat inside. Not one person acknowledged us. We stood at the counter while everyone in there only worked on the drive-thru orders. There was 1 girl sitting in the dining room who was on her phone, apparently taking a break. When my husband asked if we would get any service, she said "clearly they were busy with drive-thru orders." I said well someone should be manning the front counter if their dining room was open. She turned around, with her phone in her hand, and went and sat back down at one of the dining room tables. Absolutely disgusting behavior and service. NEVER RETURNING.
BBQ nuggets were hot. Staff wasn't rude but wasn't too friendly. Store was empty of people. Bathroom floors feel greasy so be careful.
Do not go to this location. After waiting 10 minutes to order, I was pulled around for another 10 minutes. I waited 20 minutes and the food to be cold. The manager Casandra (if that was her real name) is also trash. She claims that she can not help if she was not the manager on duty. You need to do what you get paid to do and drop fresh fries and nuggets so people aren’t getting sick. Corporate will definitely be hearing from me.
I’ve been coming here almost daily the past couple of weeks for breakfast before work. The breakfast baconator (I get mine without egg), seasoned potatoes, and vanilla iced coffee is always delicious! My order has never been wrong even when I do delivery. The staff are always wonderful and polite! The morning manager/shift lead, Cassandra, especially is such a polite and friendly lady. She’s always been so friendly and above and beyond kind with me. Love seeing my friend every morning! I love this location, thank you!
