While the service was absolutely amazing, and the people at the window were extremely friendly, the burgers were cold, as in the tomato on the burger was warmer then the burger itself, and I somehow ended up with a weird burnt wrinkly fry thing in the package? It’s a very convenient stop for my husband and I, however this is not the first time I have had an issue. I believe this place will have pretty good potential, but as of right now it needs some work.
They had a large pick up order when I arrived to pick up my mobile order, but everyone was nice. I could see they were busy with that, so I decided to sit down and give them a moment before letting them know I was picking up a mobile order myself. They apologized for the wait , and I told them it was alright and that I'm patient. They didn't need to worry. My order was done quickly after that and everything was right, hot, fresh.
The food was either cold or lukewarm at best. The service was painfully slow; no sense of urgency. Both ketchup dispensers were completely out.
Chance of ever going back to this location? Zero.
I just bought a sandwich from Wendy's at 880 Stateline Rd W, Southaven, MS, and I’m extremely disappointed. All I got was a dry bun and a chicken patty—nothing else. Do the staff not know what comes on a classic chicken sandwich? This was a ridiculous waste of my time and money. Please teach your team how to properly prepare the items on your menu. I expect much better from Wendy's.
Customer service from management & staff was very disturbing. Food safety and hygiene was poor. Having to tell associate I personally prefer her hand not be over my drink to transfer my drink from one cup to the next was a issue personally and professionally. I was so disappointed being that this was my first time visiting this establishment will not recommend or return. Also they do not disperse adequate amount of food nor do they take pride in assembling food properly.
Food tastes good, the atmosphere was nasty tho it had garbage all over it, the service is ok but it takes like 10 minutes to get my oders
Today nov 12th in and out of drive thru with some speed and hot food...the people working today are on cue and everything flowing as it should...enough to make me come here to tell about it...so to whom is working today at 11:54 a.m you guys rock
The sandwiches are small and no vegetables are on it at all
