Got the loaded fries. Had hair in it. Took the fries back in the associate that was off the clock said is something wrong. I told her it's some hair in here. She looked and said yes I see it too. Yelled to the back get her some new fries. Manager came to the front took the fries. I made some new ones. Excellent customer service. Thanks
Food was hot, drink wasn't over iced and it was served quickly with a smile! Got a #9 combo (which is a bourbon bacon something, I believe) and it was REALLY good! The bacon was crispy but not hard and the fried onion pieces added a nice crunch. Strawberry lemonade was the perfect mix of sweet and tart. Great job guys and gals!! Keep up the good work!
the staff is always so rude even though you’re doing everything to be nice to them like using the kiosk and being patient. i also went in this morning, 11/9 and walked all the way over just to find them closed during operating hours and not a single person in sight
I watched the clock tick from 10:30-10:31 and the lady taking orders told me they weren’t doing breakfast. Bunch of lazy jerks at this Wendy’s. Haven’t been happy a single time I have come to this location.
Each time I order it seems real hit or miss. This time my double was just terrible. The meat tasted watery.
I like Wendy’s but I ordered two medium fries and one large fry& the large fry wasn’t even half way filled and the mediums weren’t filled all the way. With prices getting higher this is ridiculous.
This wendy’s was very rude. from the time i ordered in drive through to the time i got my food. the lady was rude when redeeming my free keychain frosty. usually they ask what flavor i would like and she handed me chocolate and i am allergic to chocolate. very rude.
