Forced to use self checkout kiosk to wait 15 min then get to order that was not mine then get told we are out of chili. 2 of my 3 items were chili. If a human took my order I would have been told and not wasted my time. Pretty sad our world is going this way. I rarely eat fast food. Won't be back here again. No loss to them but the forced kiosk is a joke.
Incredibly slow even with a full staff and nobody in line. Was waiting for north of half an hour for a small order.
It's Wendy's nothing to new here. I did try the ghost pepper chicken sandwich. It was good with some fire. The inside of the place could have been a little cleaner.
The slowest lobby I have ever been in. The girls in the front talked and walked around with a line going out the door, two managers noticed and still didn’t take action. Took over 15 minutes to order 2 soft drinks. Not impressed. Definitely need new management and workers ASAP!
Everything here was as usual, staff, food and wait time. The only problem noted was the continued poor condition of the drive thru asphalt. Obstacle course of potholes that makes the visit iffy on any vehicle. Unpleasant!! Noted , it's been like this for quite a while.
7/14/2024-Adding to previous post . Again drive and parking lot still riddled with potholes, ordered a specific item only to be told they were out at 5:00 PM. Baked potatoes are out at 5:00 PM , dinner time. Then all of a sudden have one available. Sauces for nuggets missing, went inside and took 10 minutes to just be able to get anyone's attention to get as aid sauce and they weren't overly busy with the amount of available staff note.. I used to call it a treat to go to this Wendy's but not so sure anymore.
Update:
They are open for dine in and is the best place for fastfood at NEK. Accepts credit/debit. Has a high chair and very spacious parking space.
They are still not open for dine in but you get to dine out at the tables out. Lol.

Bro I'm not a professional restaurant tester
if you cant handle mobile orders & the critical thought that comes along with them, don’t accept mobile orders. if i pay 26$ & then you randomly tell me you “didn’t get it” (even though i was told later that you actually did), then i expect some kind of customer service. i get that the staff is working hard but they are rude and most of them do not want to help. one woman did help me i didn’t catch her name but she was very kind.
