They care more about you using the computers than actually taking your order. If I come inside I expect to have customer service. But the lady upfront made my parents wait a long time before ordering and kept saying she would take our order in a minute and then ignored us and we had to use the kiosk. Terrible service
I messed up my order by ordering a plain JBC for my kids and it came out the way it was supposed to. I wanted a plain hamburger I guess. Anyway, the pink hair girl that took our order was nice when I asked for another and the Hispanic supervisor was nice and told me why it came out the way it did. Replaced it with no fuss. Thanks guys! I was flying solo with the kids this weekend and you made it easy on me.
This was our first time trying Wendy's and I have to say it's pretty good only the chicken was so-so for me. They also have very good lemonade. The service was nice, although we wanted to eat takeaway and we got it on the spot, but they apologized for it...
I went to this Wendy's twice this week.
The first time, they forgot to give me 4 of my burgers and I had to drive through again to get them.
The second time, I ordered a meal but it was missing the burger.
The service quality and consistency is not good, but the food is delicious and pricey
I'm only writing this review so everyone sees it. I'm not kidding when I say this, the most beautiful woman works at this location. “Belt Buckle girl”. Going through the drive through I had to do a double take she was so gorgeous. I went back around just to give her my buckle. And order a frosty. Lol. 5 out of 5 stars for that woman. Wendys….. Or manager of this location, give that woman a raise.
Not a great experience they couldn't get the order correct and when I got my food it was i not edible. I had ordered a southwestern salad the lettuce was limp turning brown the avocado was brown and bitter and the tomatoes were awful.in fact it look like the end of the tomato that you cut off and throw away before you make nice slices it was more like scraps than real tomato.
Ordered $30 worth of food, got home and realized multiple items were missing. Super frustrated, feeling like this Wendy’s is turning into the Sandy Taco Bell. Thanks for that.
Ordered the new saucy nuggs, excepting chicken nuggets dipped in sauce. I got 6 chicken nuggets in a drip of sauce in a plastic container. I recommend ordering a chicken nuggets that come in the paper containers and the dip you want. Was not pleased and will not order again.
