You know, the food and everything is great, but I'm honestly tired of ordering off of your suggested delivery thing for the online. Because every time I've gotten maybe half of my order and I'm not able to message or talk to anybody about getting my money back or at least getting the order.
Fast food quality, fast food service. I don't expect great things from fast food, but I expect better quality and service than what I got. Food was tossed together, and when I ordered, the server seemed bothered. The car in front of us in the drive-thru the worker talked up a storm got to us, and she practically threw the food in the window. They were missing items from the meal I ordered on the menu and didn't tell me until I asked.
Thursday (Nov 7, 2024).9pm. Went on the drive thru and the staff was super rude. They said they put BBQ sauce in my bag but they didn't and when I asked for extra sauce they got upset but gave me some. Got home and little to my surprise they didn't put BBQ in my bag so I was glad I asked for extra.
Very rude customer service, Danisha give me attitude when I ask for extra sauce. She yelled at me saying it was limited, when I specified that I would pay for it. She turn to the guy giving him attitude as well telling to explain cause I apparently I didn’t understand what was going. I ask for my receipt multiple times and wouldn’t give it to me. They need to do something about it cause it’s costumer service.
Idk who gave that manager her job but they need to be fired and so does she super LAZY manager didn’t want to simply give me my carry out order and i had crying babies in the car which made me have to leave them because she didn’t have a little empathy. BOOOOOO WENDYS!!!
Food is always nice and hot. Their lemonades are so delicious. My favorite is the pomegranate. Their breakfast with a sausage muffin and seasoned fries are $3 with no drink but still more affordable. Don’t know how long that price will be though.
The only wendy’s i go to. They always have reasonable speed, get the order right, and everything is always fresh.
I usually order the biggie deals always substitute the baked potato love baked potatoes their baked potatoes the last few visits have been perfect very good size fluffy and skin is edible I love potato skins
