Wendy's with an attitude. A BAD attitude. The person taking orders hates people. And has the very worst attitude I have ever seen. She spent a good deal of time yelling for "Miler" when I could clearly see the name was "Miller". When I corrected her, Miller came right up to get his food. The square croissant was really good.
Kiona, I’m not sure of the correct spelling of her name. Stated that they are closed at 7pm and she refused to allow my husband and I to complete our order. We started placing the order at 6:58, and at 7:01 she stated they were closed and would not allow us to pay. She mentioned that Wendy’s would not accept our order and not pay bc it would be for nothing. This is poor customer service she should have allowed us to complete the order and advised that it was the last order of the day, since they closed at 7pm.
Food was hot and fresh. Service was non-existant. ordered burger and fries. Fries missing. Employee argued that it wasn't on the order. Gave us fries. Ignored request for catsup, salt and napkins. Has to go to KFC next door for salt and napkins.
Has to be the worst Wendy’s experience I have ever had. If I was management, I would fire all employees there and start over with a staff that knows something about customer service and food service. Stood in line for over 30 minutes, took my simple order of a spicy chicken sandwich meal with a frosty and a 10 piece chicken nuggets with a frosty. It took over 40 additional minutes to get my food and it was nasty. The oil must have been months old because everything tasted of bad grease. Even though orders were backing up the staff did nothing to make things better. Instead of making the food they felt it more important to sweep the kitchen floor and fill napkin holders. They all just stood around rolling their eyes and gave the attitude they didn’t want to be there. I would get ride off all that were there on working on Saturday July 13, 2024. Hope corporate sees this!

Had to order at kiosk, put email in for receipt, never got one. Got our order n he told us he didn't have any unsweetened tea n gave us cups for water n said he couldn't refund our money. So we sent an email to Corp. N they said a manager would contact us n wanted the receipt number. Two problems here, we didn't get a receipt or a refund after almost 5 mos n 3 emails. Nobody has still contacted us. So, it's OK to not have what's on the order n the server can't refund is how Wendy's works??????
I ordered a Baconator, and i added tomato and onions to it. It's called a baconator because of the tons of bacon. Do you know what i got? NO BACON. Lettuce and no onions. I ordered to go. I got back on the highway. When i checked my food, I wanted to go back, I drive an 18 wheeler, do you think it's easy of efficient to turn around with an 18 wheeler? You are on my black list Wendy's
These poor employees are working hard but the establishment is severely understaffed. They only have a kiosk order option because two employees are otherwise taking orders and making all of the food. Between the line leading to one order station and waiting for food it took over 45 min. Not very fast food or convenient for a road trip. Next time we will save time by getting off the turnpike
Please do yourself a favor and pass on this one, or plan on waiting for 30 minutes to get your food after ordering. This experience is frustrating for customers and employees alike. No iced tea, no baked potatoes no repeat business from us.
