I don't know how Wendy's is always fast with making their orders, but no matter the location it's been like that. But anyway this location is on point.
I stopped at this store location because they advertised EBT upon ordering through the drive-thru at 10:30 I was told that the inside was closed and that they could not give us our food because we could not use EBT at the drive-thru
Strawberry lemonade, sugar cookie, and honey buddy chicken biscuit were all delicious!
They have no beef only chicken. How do you run out of beef? That is worse than the McDonald's ice cream machine

I ordered food online and waited in drive thru line since it’s night, but when I pulled front they told me to wait at front parking lot and will handed to me, but I waited for like thirty minutes and it’s like they abandoned me or something and I just when through the drive thru again and they said the order was picked up by someone else and the most ridiculous part is they wanted me to get the order from the person who falsely picked up the order because of their own stupidity, bruh and lastly like the guy that handed to me said that the order was picked up by another same name online order as me, bruh first time trying Wendy’s and most likely be the last order
Went through the drive-thru and was greeted by Alice Romero. I advised her that my order was incorrect. I explained to Alice, not once or twice but multiple times, that I was missing food. I continued to tell her that I was still missing food, and with bad posture and attitude she continued to tell me that my order was correct. It upset me, and I gave her back the bags so that she could check them and come to find out that my order was indeed incorrect. Comes back and provides us with the order, says a sarcastic sorry, and rolls her eyes. The worst service is if you don't like your job, then you shouldn't work there. Should at least acknowledge when a customer is asking for something. I understand we are human, and people make mistakes, but the response is the worst. Making it seem as if we are trying to get an extra meal! That is not the case; train your employees. This sucks to go through this experience and end up getting g home to eat cold food!
