Worst Wendy’s in the area, no question about it. Every single time, something is missing from the order. The last visit, missing a sandwich and a fry. The fry I was given is in the attached pictures. You don’t give me my full order, THEN I get 1/2 an order of fries?! Conveniently wasn’t given a receipt to fill out the customer survey.
I left for work a little bit early so i could get something for breakfast. McDonald's was busy so I decided to give Wendy's breakfast a second chance. I do not like potato wedges so I ordered a cup of fruit, a drink and something else. I've pulled around once I got my food and opened up my fruit to eat it and I almost threw up. I drove back around and ask for a manager. she was very apologetic and gave me a refund. Check your food closely.
Great food and hot and The manager on shift was a very friendly young man. Always has a smile on his face
It was so cold that the everything was soaking wet. The A/C's seemed to be dripping on every table and chair. Drink machine was broken, every table was dirty, on top of being soaking wet.
They got my order correct, which was great. It's surprisingly hard to get a sandwich with no bun, and they didn't give me a hard time about it and were even nice about. Busy place even at 1:00pm.
About 6 people in the place, 2 or 3 people waiting on good when I get there, ordered Nugget and fries for the kids, ordered myself pretzel baconator, somehow our food comes out before 2 other people that were there before me, and seeing what they had it was nothing more than what I got. Fries were not hot, the pretzel baconator is advertised 2 patties and 2 layers of bacon, mine had soggy pretzel patties, bottom patty was hard around the edges like it was stale, only had one patty and like 2 pieces of bacon, won't come back to this Wendy's, and here they are probably fighting for 15 an hour minimum thinking they deserve it.
Eat here on the regular on my lunch breaks and these people are always great
I ordered one of the pretzel beer cheese burgers. I got down the road, unwrapped it and... No pretzel bun. No beer cheese.
I didn't have time to turn around and go back, so I ate what they gave me. But I wasn't happy.
