My rating is based on 1 girl with red hair. HORRIBLE... NASTY and rude!! The other workers, including her mother, who worked there, apologized. I'm assuming she was having a bad day, but no excuses. I started to call corporate. She needs to be on clean up ONLY! Never had an issue before this or with anyone else. They fixed my food and threw in nuggets.. my dog was ecstatic!
I went to order and after everything thing i ordered the lady at drive thru said “anything else” I order a number 3 and i get no response so i said it again and she comes on saying “ I heard you, you don’t need to yell” i was sitting in the backseat behind the passenger and I was using the same tone of voice the entire order…So i tell her “i’m just saying it again because you didn’t answer so i didn’t know if you heard me”. Then she proceeds to say” Now you’ll sit there and wait” so i obviously cancel my order. I’m driving up to leave and the lady still out the window yelling. So we ask if she’s the one taking orders and she yells yes. One of the passengers of the vehicle was retaliating and arguing back with this lady. She told her “that’s why you work at wendy’s” she replies “that’s why you’re eating here”….regardless of this whole altercation, why is it that someone working here doesn’t want to eat the food? Our bill came up to over 50 dollars…I was spending the same amount of money she makes in 5 hours in 5 minutes…Everyone in the drive through just standing around. Mind you she was doing all this yelling WHILE there was another customer just sitting in the car at the window. Won’t be going back.
They were out of Chicken so no chicken sandwiches. Also They had ran out of ketchup. Person at drive thru also said they were short-staffed. Drive Thru moved VERY Slowly.
Employees around the fry station on her phone exposing her belly skin.
No major complaints. Sometimes it can be a little slow but overall the GM does a good job with friendliness and she’s always working 24/7 it seems like. I know it’s hard to find good staff these days.
We paid extra to get fresh fruit and this photograph is what we received.
The staff was wonderful. I was in and out in no time. The food was hot and fresh.
If it wasn't that I have to give it star this place wouldn't get one they need to replace the girl at the window I hate going to this one they seem to have a attitude I guess they just don't like white people I've tried to use my rewards twice there and they didn't take it so I'm not going back
Went inside to order to go. Literally stood there for 10 mins while employees walked passed me and ignored me. We decided to go through the drive thru since it seemed to be getting service. Literally waited 15 mins to get to the speaker with 3 cars infront of me and then rushed through my order on the speaker. Ended up waiting another 20 minutes to get our food and then a few items were missing. One of the rudest and slowest Wendy’s I’ve ever been to.
Food was good, but soda smelt weird. Threw the soda away. We stopped by on our way out of Salisbury to CLT airport.
