We have stopped at this particular Wendy's many times over the last two-plus years while traveling. Most of our stops have been between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm, so they are typically very busy and have a line.
In our experience, the restaurant has always been clean despite the crowds. On occasion, a table may be dirty from the group or person getting up but that is not the restaurant's fault with self-seating and sitting down as another party is getting up.
The service has always been fast, efficient and friendly and our orders have always been correct. The food quality is excellent and on par with most other Wendy's chain locations.
This location is one of the better Wendy's places we visit.
There is a very nice and polite group of people working here. The place is very clean and service was very fast. The potato was hot and good. The burgers are always good.

Wendy's has the best food and prices anywhere in Chatsworth. Their value meals are a value when it comes to feeding a family. Great job Wendy's.
Visited your location twice in 2 weeks while visiting from Ohio. Both times the burgers were totally wrong the last fries were cold plus some even limp. Very unacceptable. I've run fast food restaurants for 20years+.and would be very unhappy with this food being passed out to my customers ???? . Take some responsibility and re-train!
