I have never had a correct order from this Wendy's location. Every single time I ask for a custom sandwich with specific ingredients like sweet onion or crispy onions, they completely ignore it. It’s like they don’t even care to check the order, just slap together a basic sandwich and hand it over, no matter what was actually requested. It’s incredibly frustrating, and it’s clear that customer satisfaction is the last thing on their minds. I’ve been to many Wendy’s, but this branch is easily the worst I've experienced. If you value getting what you actually ordered, I’d suggest steering clear of this place.
Go at 1030pm and they always say “no frosty’s” .. even though they are open till 1am.. not okay. Went and got a Dave’s Triple, Large fry. And got a measly looking fry container, which looks like it’s a medium size, that has enough fries for a small fry, at best. We constantly have issues going up there and this will be the last time we visit this Wendy’s.
My husband stopped here tonight to pickup my mobile order when he got off of work. I am 6 months pregnant and was craving Wendy’s. When he got there the employee let him know it would be about 30-45 minutes as someone ordered $130 in food so he left the line and told me to cancel the order. I couldn’t cancel it because it had already been processed so he went inside to ask for a refund. The employees were overwhelmed and the manager said she couldn’t refund it because it’s a mobile order. I tried to call and have it refunded but was given the run around. I called back up there and headed up there because I wanted to see if I could still pickup my order. The manager was so so nice she asked how long it would take me and that she would make sure my food was ready for me when I got there. When I got there about an hour later, they were still dealing with that same order and the customer was so rude to the employees. I felt so bad for them because they were doing there best and being very nice. Long story short, they had my food hot and ready for me and the general manager went out of her way for me, aside from the situation. She apologized for everything, even though she did not have to apologize to me for anything. I was so pleased with my service. I hope she gets recognized because she and the staff handled that very overwhelming situation with that big order and being busy so well.
Today we had such great service from this place. Staff was pleasant and took our order immediately. It was clean quick and food was hot. Best thing was that nurses and EMT, military , and first responders all got 50%discount. For a nurse such as myself who never gets these types of benefits as they are rarely extended to my profession... Was a huge surprise. Wendy's thank you so much for including nurses into the discount as my other fellow first responders. Keep doing your amazing job.
Took me about 10 minutes to get to order even though I was the only one in line. Seemed they were prioritizing drive thru and mobile orders rather than treating all guests equally. The food was actually pretty good once we got it and it came out relatively quickly given how long the ordering process was.
Food was ok ! drive throw was out of order! Mens bathroom was ok needed cleaning , woman's bathroom was ok reported by the ther half, thay have kiosks for ordering in the dinning room, 2 where down , also soda machine was down, thay need some work but the worker where friendly so A+ there
Food is always hot and fresh. Employees are so friendly. This was my absolute favorite Wendy's. I'm from Texas and will miss this particular place. Other Wendy's aren't the same.
Absolutely rude and disrespectful employees. I had to check my order at the counter because it took a while for us to get the food. The kid meals were wrong and when I asked them to get remade, they got an attitude. I told them we were missing three meals and they said they had given us all the food and said they sat it on the counter. After getting another attitude, she turned around and found out that she put it back under the heater. When I checked the other bags, my sandwich was made wrong, and I dealt with it because I heard the employee mumble under her breath, is this white chick really going to look through all the bags. I just looked at them and said have a good day and walked out. My sandwich was so soggy I couldn’t even eat it. I do not recommend this place. Wouldn’t of been as bad if they weren’t so rude!
