Went in to redeem a free frosty coupon with a kid. Thought about buying a meal to go along with it, but everything was $7-10 and I was too shocked to make a purchase. I'm sure it is accurate to the level of ingredients and etc, but I can't afford that type of meal right now. But. The kid enjoyed their free frosty and the place was clean and staff was very kind.
I just stopped in to Wendy's for the 1st time in almost a year and a half. Paid nearly $15 for a burger with med. Fry and drink. I will not be back. Can get 2 double cheese. Burgers and large fry and coke and most anywhere else for this same price or could go to a nice sit down. Restraint for a few dollars more. Never again
Seating area needs cleaned up more often, didn't see anything serviced before, during, or after we sat down for a one hour snack.
Food was good.
Staff was nice.
Missed one happy meal that we had to go back for.
Chocolate frosty was out but no note on or in kiosk or app ordering.
Only one kiosk working also.
Went through drive thru and they told me I was waiting on French toast sticks. Wait for 10 minutes and watch 2 vehicles behind me get thier food and leave. Finally I go inside and the lady behind the counter looks at me and goes " oh we were waiting on the chicken" then Jen who was at the windows when I was told I was waiting on French toast sticks pops around the corner and goes I didn't know about the chicken. I went through the drive thru to be fast and not have to go in. All in all spent almost 30 minutes trying to get 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 6pc French toast sticks. Never will I go back to a wendys after this horrible experience. I would give a zero star if it was an option. Then not to mention the only thing still at a hot temperature was the chicken sandwich and it wasn't even made right it had no butter on it which is what I paid for. Do not eat at this location.
I was in a wheelchair and I could not get in the double-door breezway without much maneuvering by my husband. Then, I attempted to use the bathroom and was unable to even open the door. Once again, my husband had to open the door. The handicapped stall was too small for my wheelchair. My husband had to come into the bathroom and hold the door.
The restaurant was not very ADA friendly.
Thank Wendy’s for finding and holding my wallet. Love your food and your diligence in safe keeping my wallet has earned my respect instead of my business. Thank you so much!
pulling up to the menu board in the drive thru, i can't pull up far enough because of the car in front of me, but through the loudspeaker i hear "i'll be with you shortly" soon after followed by "ok, what do you want?" stay classy, Wendy's!
Waited 25 min in the drive thru line for our food. Our frosties were melted. And no one kept us up to date and when they finally came back their excuse was they had a new person on build. Our advice. Help them!
