The floors unclean, slippery. Staff will not acknowledge you right away. The food is what you would expect from this experience. I just got in town, and wanted a Wendy's fresh lettuce wrapped burger. I took a bite and spit it out. The lettuce had a bitter taste, the burger was was a fake dried out mess. I would never return or refer anyone to this Wendy's.
We ordered from the kisof. Asked the manger to put our 6 order combo meals in separate bags and instead she threw our orders on the counter saying she don't know which order belongs to who. It was disrespectful and rude how she handle our food not even giving reasurrence of what we ordered.
This location needs to hire new staff. Including management . I just went through the drive thru. Did not get a receipt. Which is fine. But the women at the 2nd window first yells at me asking what my drink was. After she made it and gave it to me, I tasted my drink and noticed it was flat. Obviously the drink needs to be changed. When I told her. She gave me an attitude and rolled her eyes. She said what else do I want, because they just changed it. Oh, and the manager was right behind her. Needless to say, I don't have time to sit and argue over a drink. I told her nevermind and drove next door to sonic. I will not be going back to this location and I will be calling corporate.
Wendy's is a delicious as ever, sticking to Mr. Dave Thomas's formula for fresh and hearty. Good food, quick service, and a great value always. My 4 for 4 was delicious, I getting with Awesome sauce, which I must say is just well, awesome lol. But the most enriching part of this restaurant and what I love is their cooperation with a facility that works with disabled and disadvantaged people. They hire them and allow them to work, and it's so inspiring and encouraging for these people that so many look down on or doubt be in a work place, proud to work for this franchise, and serve you. Much praise to Wendy's for serving their delicious food, but also their work serving those who need just a little extra push. If in the area please pay them a visit and show them your support as they support others.
I ordered the Jalapeño Popper burger and thought it tasted fine. I gotten everything I ordered correctly. The only thing that lacks from this location are the people from the drive thru. The person in the intercom should speak nicely to customers. That’s all I have to say.
Check your togo order before you leave. Getting what you ordered on a burger is a real issue. You request no cheese and you get more cheese. The host that took the order entered it correctly per the receipt but the person putting it together apparently did what they wanted.
Good items when they are available. History of not too friendly employees. I returned after some years later and service was good.
I have ordered the honey butter chicken croissant multiple times from this location. The chicken is always hot, and the bacon is crispy. My complaint is that the croissant is more like a bun and ALWAYS COLD! I tried the chicken biscuit and the same thing, hot chicken with a cold biscuit. What's going on??? I typically get seasoned fries with my croissant, and one of the last times I went through drive-through, I received about 10 fries totally in my order that were cold. I guess I received the last of what was in the fry holder. I would have happily waited for fresh, hot fries, but I didn't want to make a scene. Overall, the food comes out fast, but not all of the food is hot and up to serving standards. Also, always double-check to make sure they give you any sauce you might ask for. In my experience, it's missing 90% of the time.
