I ordered in the self checkout not have any issue ordering, my food was hot but they forgot the toy for my kids meal was to late when I noticed but was ok, for the service not sure I don't interact with the employees only when they give me the food ( No greeting, no thank you only the name for the food) but I was there for the food and the food was good.
I placed my app order at 5:11 so I wouldn't have to wait. Got there at 5:30 and it wasn't ready. They hadn't even started my order. Then the guy proceeded to give me my taco salad without chili or sour cream.
The overall atmosphere of this location is great. The staff were friendly and helpful. The young lady who took our order talked to my son and ask him his order making him part of the process. Our food was ready, hot and fresh by the time we made it to the drink station. The drink station was free of clutter and the drink machines were full of ice and all options of drinks. The food was a good quality but the portion size of the chicken wrap was not that appealing. The dinning area was spotless with plenty of room to move around with strollers and wheelchairs. There was plenty of open seating. The only downside to this visit was the restroom was not very clean. The floor was wet and there was paper towels on the floor. I would recommend this location and will most likely visit here again myself.
I did self checkout for my order and I ordered garlic parm nuggs and blueberry pomegranate lemonade. Sadly they didn't have the blueberry pomegranate. Main issue was that I was given spicy Buffalo and didn't know it until I ate one. I went back inside to get my order fixed but was told, no I ordered the spicy Buffalo. Even though I didn't. Instead of offering me my actual order or a refund for just the nuggets, the girl just shook me off. Rude and unprofessional.
Sausage, egg and American cheese biscuit, comes with steak fry look-a-like potatoes.
So this is my first time having breakfast, and was not disappointed at all. Very fluffy biscuit and not dry at all. Good goody yum yum! Try it out!
Nothing is ever fresh here. Saw a review about how fast they are thats because the food is sitting around cold. Went there today everything cold and missing my nuggets. They are using some kind of fake processed lettuce as well.
In lake county welcome to the worst of the worst, if you want properly cooked food, head to the Libertyville or Round Lake locations, these guys either don’t understand timing or just don’t care: it doesn’t matter if it’s busy or not they’re gonna over cook your food - I’m talking charred black burgers - not put bacon on your Baconator fries and then give you regular instead of diet with no straw or fork for the fries: literally go anywhere else because when you complain they’ll say “sorry we can’t help you” which is code for “we don’t care that we suck”
Every time I order the food is good and I've never had issues. An associate named Greg always takes care of my order and he makes sure everything is right. Thanks guys!
