Food always great when we stop here. The only thing that bugs me is the fact they advertise 4 and 6 pc combo, for saucy buffs and there's times we've been able to get it no issue, but there's been twice that have gave us issues stating it's only made a combo under a 10 or 20.. I love their food. But other than that it's the best late night order I know is always gonna hit the spot.
HORRIBLE customer service. I arrive before breakfast ended and the manager proceeded to tell the cashier they are no longer serving breakfast when it was not 1030 yet. As I walked away she said “why did she even come” in Spanish instead of offering their lunch menu. Goes to show how poorly trained and rude their employees are.
Usually I have pretty good luck here. I work in town so it's convenient to stop by for lunch. The last 2 trips though were pretty annoying. The second to last, they actually forgot to add bacon to my "baconator" , then today I stop and order a sandwich for a co-worker and a 10 piece chicken nugget for myself. They went though the trouble of asking me what sauce I wanted and I choose bbq. I arrive back to my office to find a 10 piece with NO sauce in the bag. Even after I reminded them while paying at the window.
Of course, I'd absolutely LOVE an order of EXTRA DRY chicken for my dinner at work.
Partially my fault I guess for not opening the bag up to check, but I figured by asking they'd put it in there if they'd forgot.
Guess I'm going to start eating at Taco Bell or Arby's for awhile now ????
Disgusting and will never go back. There was a nasty piece of metal in my burger which is just unacceptable.
I have been impressed with this location lately. Orders have been fast, the food is fresh and the crew has been doing a good job all around. IMO, the best Wendy's location in the Panhandle.
Went through the drive and was told that it was down so I needed to go inside. So I went inside. There was a long line and then I was told that the person at the register was the last person they were going to take an order for because their computers were acting up and they needed to reboot their whole system. Several people in front of me and several people behind me were picking up their online orders. Half of them they didn't get cuz a computer system was acting up. I waited in line and said you told me to come in since the drive-thru is down and I had five kids in the car I was able to order before they had to reboot their register system. The food took a little bit longer than usual. Too bad because they were having technical difficulties with their systems. Fast food places should not have the capability to order food head on time cause apps don't always work together.
Drive thru lady was rude and impatient. No queso fries which is disappointing. Y’all kept the burger but not the fries and I liked eating both. Don’t think I’ll be coming back for awhile if you got such rude people taking orders.
Went back again and service was better this time. Tried getting the sauced nuggets but my nuggets literally looked like someone just drizzled a little sauce on them and called it good. By the time I got home the sauce was almost gone from being absorbed by the nuggets. Nothings like what is advertised. Sauced nuggets means those things better be DROWNING in sauce. Won’t be getting those again anytime soon.
The food was very good as always. The service was excellent. The cashier is always very friendly and nice to me. They do some very hard work that others would not like to do.
