Went through the drive thru and ordered a Dave's Double no pickle. Well I got a Dave's Single instead with pickle. Yes it was during the dinner rush and the drive thru was packed. However that isn't much of a excuse when you don't get what you paid for. I didn't return or call because nobody wants to get home and then drive back.
When you come in out of town and you have to feed your children you try and do it the cheapest possible we ordered 10 biscuits at this establishment and he said he originally gave us 7 which means we need 3 more he handed us 2 that means we need one more I try not to complain but the attitude that I recived and the fact this guy and the drive thru worker with braids looks at my son and I and shake thier head because I want the food that I paid for! Just like I’m sure they would want the same. Double check your orders here considering they can’t count.
Too many people are going to make talking rhyme with food area. One of the employee was use a rubber band to pull his hair up.

Krabby patty meal was a letdown. I had to wait so long for my order but I didn't mind thinking it would be worth the wait but I was disappointed with my meal, maybe my expectations were too high but it seemed like I was just eating a Dave double. I had that before I didn't want it again.
I have never really felt led to leave a review somewhere but these people are so nice, helpful and friendly. The staff always makes sure we have what we need, the food is always hot and delicious. I’ve had to come to Albany 6 times in the past few weeks to visit someone and their food is awesome. I always stop by.
The burgers are steamed and are very thick too. I ate half for lunch and the other half for dinner. Large container for drink and the fries ???? are good ????.
This is probably the worst ran Wendy's on this side of the United states....I waited 30 mins this time in the line for my mobile order which I had already ordered. It wasnt ready and when I got up to the window they had not even fixed it, after waiting in line for 30 mins. The food was soo cold and old it was nearly inedible. The prior time my mobile order wasn't ready and they had no frostys even though I had already paid in the app. This is crazy, I observed the management in the back not helping the staff on their phones and talking to each other, drive thru line in the streets.
Update: Went again ordered the 2 for 6, got a single and a spicy chicken, the spicy chicken was so old and soggy they warmed the whole sandwich up in the microwave, it's was piping hot, the lettuce was steaming and translucent.. I believe the woman at the window was the manager so she had to know they had warmed up this old food she just gave me. This is ridiculous and no one still has yet to reach out.
Always have atleast 1 thing wrong with order and always missing some food that paid for
