Best WLM Reviews

Jamaica is amazing! She is always in a good mood. She is polite and she’s always working hard to make sure that the customers know that she sees them and will get to them as soon as possible. She’s even polite to the Dasher. I would recommend anybody who has had a bad experience at Wendy’s to come see Jamaica.
I literally just had the best fast food drive thru experience at this Wendy's! I was in and out of the drive through with food in hand in less than 3 minutes. The order was accurate and same quality you expect from a Wendy's. And the customer service experience was amazing. Kind, friendly, and amazing! Great work!
The worst service!! We only ordered a strawberry lemonade and pineapple frosty. So the first window was closed and when we got to the pick up window only to hear one of the young girls (with green hair) complaining that the pick up time was steady going up and that people keep making changes at the window. So I informed her that the reason we were making a change was because they didn't have the pineapple frosty. So that's why there was a change at the window. She continued with her attitude so we cancelled our order and drove off. There was an older guy that did apologize. But still no thanks.
Well, my daughter found something inside her chicken nugget. Other than that, their food's been done tasted real nice lately. The customer service at the one on battleground is great. They take the time so the food doesn't look sloppy. I really like the one. On battle ground the best they have older. Women that work in there that take their job seriously
The girl running the red shirt up front. Wished I'd have got her name but she was fantastic. She was busy. Kind of snowed under but held her on was very impressed. Will go back.
Ordered in the drive though, paid for my burger and fries and was told to pull up while they make it.
I waited 15 minutes, no food, so I went inside to see what was up.
Nothing was up, as in they hadn’t even started my order and had just forgot about it. I then had to wait… while they made my food… 15 minutes after I had already bought and paid for it.
Was it busy? NO, it’s a Sunday night and there were not other people in the restaurant.
Will I come back? NO, and I’ll probably skip Wendy’s other places I go because if this experience.
I like this Wendy's...the drive thru can be pretty packed in the afternoon, but the line moves fast enough, and my food ends up being hot and fresh. I've had a time or two where I was missing something, but they are good about correcting it; service is fast, friendly, and efficient!
Had a single Baconator, Hot Honey chicken sandwich, Baconator fries, and a strawberry frosty today...it was great; my first time trying the strawberry flavor; quite a refreshing summertime treat!
Used to go to McDonald’s with the kids on Fridays. Now we go to Wendy’s. Their line is much faster. And dare I say their fries are even better.
