Ordered 2 breakfast baconators. Instead of fresh burger patties my sandwiches had over cooked dried out sausage patties. So disappointed.
Just left this location. The chicken on my chicken salad was obviously old, hard, and chewy. The beans in the chili were hard and crunchy, and no condiments I requested were in the bag. I called the restaurant to let them known the chicken was bad and i got hung up on. I hope the health department investigates this place before someone gets sick.
Store only had tea, diet drink or milk for your meal. I ordered a single combo and a 4pc chicken nugget kids meal. What I received was down right disgusting to even look at. I asked for no tomatoes so they gave me a whole leaf of lettuce with plenty of ketchup, onions and mayo. I couldn't even see the burger. The burger must have been meant for the Jr burger. Very frustrated and disappointed to say the least- money wasted!
This is the worst location I have ever visited. Our food order was terrible. I ordered a Dave’s single combo meal and only received the fries and drink. I ordered a taco salad and never got a fork or salad dressing. The chili that it came with was placed upside down and its bag and leaked all over. I received the wrong dipping sauce for the kids meal. I never received a receipt. I called, but no one answered the phone.
This Wendy’s is a disaster. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which totaled just $6. And it wasn’t just me—30-minute wait times seemed to be standard for everyone walking in, regardless of how simple the order was. There were more than five workers present, yet no one seemed in a hurry or even concerned about the line of customers growing more frustrated by the minute.
To make matters worse, they were out of almost everything. No Frosties, no BBQ sauce, no additional flavors for the drink machine, and not even lemonade! How does a fast-food restaurant run out of so many basic items? It’s clear that there was zero preparation or effort to efficiently serve customers.
This place is poorly managed and obviously doesn’t care about providing even the bare minimum of service. If you value your time and don’t want to leave disappointed, avoid this Wendy’s at all costs. I certainly won’t be back.
Definitely changed their Chilli recipe. Not going back for that anytime soon ☘️

My husband's mushroom bacon cheeseburger didn't even come with a Bun! When I asked for one I was told we ordered it that way, Not! When I again asked for one I never got it. I ordered a Dave's single Hamburger and was served a cheeseburger. I also ordered a sugar free lemonade as I am diabetic. My lemonade came with sugar In it and Strawberries. Not good. Never going back!
