I just waited in line for an hour.once I got my food my wrap is old and cold .the chicken is too hard to bite .the wrap unraveled when I open the paper.i wasn't giving a receipt so I could make a complaint. I will not be returning ever. Horrible service .
Customer service does not even come close to meeting expectations. The food was good, but their baked potatoes are small for the price. I'm glad they had some, though! There is a drive-through option, and that helps because the walk to the entrance is challenging for the handicapped patron.
Worst chicken sandwich I ever had. Probably it was cooked an hour ago but they didn’t want to waste. So they give to someone. Had no juice, hard and dry, clearly old and not cooked fresh.

No matter how many times you wait a while and give this location a chance it always fails. Workers nice. Today i spent 25 dollors for food which included some chili juice with onions. No chlili anywhere in the cup. Asked me if i wanted sour cream but didnt add it to the bag. I think it may have added some flavor to the water chili juice they gave me. No baked potatoes, no sodas. Bugers just thrown together. Gave me leamonaid that i think was made when i orginally place the order 30 minutes earlier. It's never fast food at this locaion. I had to wait for this mess. I sat there looking at them doing doordash orders and saying we dont have any sodas but they didnt discount the price on the meal deal for missing the soda. Thats surely is not suppose to happen. And they can be reported for charging people for something they are not providing. Ok.. guess they're off the food list again. I would have taken it all back but just was out of time. Go somewhere else this location is not worth your time or your money.
I ordered an order for pickup. Simple request. I go to the store and they tell me my order was already picked up by someone else. I did not pick up my order. I show them the DoorDash app and proof that I have not picked up my order, and they say there’s nothing they can do. They won’t give me a refund, they won’t make another order. I have to pay for nothing because of their incompetence. This is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and I am absolutely furious. Never going here again and I recommend nobody else ever does either.
It took 35 minutes from when I pulled into the driver through to get my order, which was a simple number 3 combo of nuggets and fries, with a lemonade.
All of that and my fries were unsalted. I have been through some crappy fast food restaurants, but to be stuck that long in the drive through, the drive through being design to not let customers drive off if they wish to skip the line and find another place, and to order a basic meal, only for that to be goofed up still.
AVOID THIS PLACE.
Place was empty but the drive-thru was kinda crowded so the two staff members were busy dealing with them. This location is usually short-staffed so the wait time (~7 minutes) was to be expected. The pineapple mango lemonade is probably my new favorite drink.
Went to get the new meal for my gf on 10/11 towards the end of the day and it was a mess. Dirty, behind on orders and the manager was nowhere to be found but seemed to think it's okay to have an employee working with a concussion?!?! The employee had a doctor's note and bruises on their face. That guy Fred should be fired. Absolutely pathetic. Store is a mess and has injured employees while he is nowhere to be found. I'm willing to bet corporate is absolutely oblivious.
