Went for our Friday night had food and normally the service is pretty good, but Donna took extra great care of us! We had a few customizations for our food and Donna was so pleasant the whole way though! Then the soda machine was out of a syrup and she helped us again. Definitely will be happy to go back, especially if she is there!
Do not go here unless you enjoy waiting 40+ minutes for your "fast-food". If you ask for any mods to your food, they will get it wrong 10/10 times. Soda machines are filthy and caked with syrup residue. Staff is unfriendly and visibly miserable. Worst location in the Pittsburgh area.
Incredibly disappointing for how wonderful this location used to be.
You know how sometimes there's alot of restaurants of the same franchise around? But like.. you don't wana goto one of the bad ones, this is definitely one of the good ones. Glad it's still around and didn't got by the way of long John silvers.
Door said the store dining area is open everyday from 8am onward. Figured I'd grab a bite to eat while waiting to get my car fixed nearby. 9:30 and all doors were locked and no staff were visible.
So, yeah can't rate the food, service, or atmosphere because there was none, at all.
Went on March 12, 2024 about 5:30 pm. Drive through line was around the building, so we parked and tried to go in. Door closest to Route 88 was locked. Drove around to get in line, and saw people sitting inside, so we parked again on the other side of the building. Door also locked and the girl at the counter inside mouthing "We are Closed". Website says the dining room is open until 10:00 pm. So back into the drive through line. I really wanted a frosty and my wife wanted a baked potato with our meals. We ordered and my wife ordered the potato last. We heard, "Uh, actually, we are out of baked potatoes". At 5:45 pm, during the dinner rush!! There is a Giant Eagle less than 200 yards from the store and they have a huge selection of baking potatoes. Fries were good but the rest of the food was marginal.
A large frosty comes in a cup that used to be a small. The owner of this franchise needs to work in their own store and bring their standards up. Wendy's Corporate needs to do their own inspections as well and hold franchisees accountable. Very disappointing and will not be back.
If I could give negative I would. Went to the drive thru, ordered 2 pretzel pub chicken sandwich meals, was asked to pull up since the chicken was still cooking, i pulled up and waited 10 min. About 10 cars served in this time, finally came out with my food, got home and my chicken sandwich was raw. Not undercooked but raw.
This place is a joke. The lady who took our order was great and when I went to pay, she read my order back to me to make sure nothing was wrong. Went to the pick up window and was shocked with what I saw. Girl who was handling the drinks didn’t have her hair tied back and was handling drinks and food. Had pajama pants on and a jacket that definitely wasn’t Wendy’s issued. Don’t think I will go back to this one.
Saturday 7-13-24 dropped my car at Pep Boys for tires thought I would go to Wendy’s for food but the door is locked. No sign at all. I asked the kid on drive thru. He just said closed for staffing issues
