Drove through an hour before they closed. Our burgers were super dry, they didn't get the standard toppings right and fries were cold. I was the only one in line and had to wait for my food so I figured we'll atleast it will be fresh. I figured wrong.
I was at this Wendy's location about 12:30PM today... I was SOOOO impressed with the service I received! There was a customer ahead of me in line that was so mean and rude to one employee that he made her cry. I think it was the manager, totally took control of the situation. He was the nicest guy I have encountered at a fast food restaurant in a long time. The place was slammed busy and he was hustling and taking care of everything with a huge smile on his face!
Never had a restaurant ask if I wanted my food fresh? I don't to commend the honest or be annoyed for it being an option

Not only bad management but who trains these people? Professionalism is none "zero" here. Fries cold old food is burger is burnt but cold...lol.
This place is joke! Does Wendy's do QC? Must not , cuz thus please been same way since I tried it 5 years ago.

Drive thru worker and manager was very rude. They got our order wrong. If they don't want to be there then they need find a new job.
This location needs a new manager. He doesn't know how to regulate his emotions. He was obviously in a bad mood because asking a simple question sent him into a rant and he was slamming things ???? there was no conflict before or after, just simply asking a question about a posted food item. I dont go to Wendy's often but now it will be a never for me.
Told me they wish me and my friends got hit by a car. It was in the middle of the night and we were walking. Just wanted to order, no excageration.
Quality is going down, thanks for the plastic in my breakfast burrito this morning.
