They were DEAD, meanwhile McDonalds across the street has a busy line. Eat here and you’ll find out why. This place has gone down hill since I moved here a couple years ago. Now I rarely eat here but thought I would give it another chance today - NOPE.
Food is DRY. This burger as usual is like a school cafeteria burger but old. I usually only get chicken here lately but even the chicken sandwich was so dry. Even the buns on these. I realized I was leaning hunching over WORKING on chewing and gnawing on these sandwiches and struggling to swallow the bites down… Gross dude.
Compared to McDonald’s across the street where I usually go for fast food. Their burgers are fresh and juicy. Their lines go so fast. And they are busy for a reason. They’ve got the food and the process down.
Walked in and immediately noticed a person sleeping in the dining area. As I ordered I mentioned someone was laying down covered up sleeping inside. As I put my order in I tried to order chili but they were out so I got fries instead. I ordered to dine in and when my order came in it was in a bag to go. At the drink machine half the drinks were malfunctioning. Tried to get catchup but they were out also. Inside it was well lit but not clean. I ate my food and as I was leaving I noticed the same person still sleeping in the same spot. The food was ok but I can not recommend this Wendy’s. Feb 29, 2024 7:30pm
This store is horrible. We just got 2 biggies bags, and the burgers tasted like they had been sitting there for several hours and the Buns were hard and stale. Every time we have been to this location the employees really act like they have somewhere better to be and they all hate their job. Not saying that fast food is a great job but damn just do your job and have fresh food at 6pm during the dinner rush!!!
Smoking cigarettes right in front of the drive thru window so the smokes goes inside peoples car.
Then they gave me a chicken sandwich without the chicken patty. You had one job… 6-21-24 7:30pm
The dirtiest restaurant I’ve ever been in. The black mats near the drink station and condiments had black goo around the corners of them, like the mats have never been dragged out and the floors cleaned. Every table was dirty. Basically every surface was GROSS. Soda dispenser machine looked like it hadn’t ever been wiped down, the clear ice/liquid spouts on it were covered in every color soda syrup possible and also looked like it had never been cleaned. They weren’t busy. There was nobody in line and the drive thru was quiet, employees just standing around. Absolutely disgusting.
This might be the worst location in the franchise’s history.
It was great when it opened up, and was my preferred location for awhile, but now it has a lot of idiots that cannot handle more than one car in the drive-thru during dead times. I’m sure they even screw that up, too.
Multiple visits with multiple orders with forgotten food, rude service, and incredibly long wait times for simple orders when there is literally nobody else there .. do better, Wendy’s.
Fire the current staff and start over.
The person taking the orders was extremely unprofessional and rude then we pulled up to pay to be ignored. We pull forward and they give us attitude for pulling forward. Then we get our food finally which the burger was still pink and undercooked. If you want food poisoning then I'd eat there if not there other options across the street. Stay clear of this location!!!
