The lady who helped me may have been the manager, I'm not sure, but she was wonderful. She had a lot to deal with, tho. She had to explain my order to whoever was preparing my burger 4 times, when all I asked for was no mustard or onions. She was very professional and sweet, never losing her patience. She apologized to me and gave me free fries for my wait. They were verifying busy with lunch, having a very long drive thru line, but she remained calm and patient thru it all. The food wasn't hot,, so that made me sad, but it was what I asked for.
Ordered frosties and baconator fries. When we went to pay they said they didn’t have ice cream for frosties, and then the fries they gave us were a joke. We opened them when we got home. Fries in the picture are completely untouched by us, that’s the portion they gave us.
An out of town friend and I ate The Krabby Patty meal on Sunday 10/13. The manager dealt with a customer who was stealing a drink then helped us with our order. He was very friendly professional. The food was amazing! Fresh, hot, delicious and my friend was equally impressed.
Purchased a double stack biggie bag and when I got all the way home I noticed they only gave me a single patty burger. Not to mention the burger was made incorrectly with toppings I had asked them to leave off. Meal ruined. They didn’t even give me a receipt. The cashier was new and messed up a few times taking longer than expected so I didn’t really care about the receipt at the time. I returned the next night after work and explained what happened and the manager said he didn’t care and that I had to repurchase a new meal and he wouldn’t do anything to help me. I won’t return here and don’t recommend anyone go here because they don’t take care of their issues. Paid $9 for a biggie bag and they couldn’t get it right
I've always had horrid experiences at this location, I went for the Krabby patty meal and was given the frosty with chocolate instead of vanilla. But even after that I was going to give them another chance and went by to get another krabby meal only to be told they didn't have frosties, okay that's a no, so I ordered a #2 with a combo price of $11.09 but when I placed my order it was $13.09 when I brought it to their attention they just said that's the new price. Okay, but I'm looking at your price, and it doesn't match, the manager didn't even honored the price. I should had canceled my order at that point, but that was my mistake...never again.I won't be returning, food is mediocre and the workers are just rude.
I don't recommend this location at all. Don't waste your money on this place.
Every time I have gone to this location, my order has been wrong in one way or another. Does not matter if it is busy or dead they still can't follow directions. But the employees are really nice.
Ordered multiple kids meals and none came with a toy. Nuggets were hard, drive through took 25 minutes for two people ahead of us. No one got their sauces for nuggets. And the worker seemed to not want want to even be there as well as whoever was making the food. Please hire people who actually want to work for their pay.
I ordered a bacon double stack biggie bag. I noticed my burger did not come with bacon. After taking it back to the counter to have it remade, the young lady at the front opened my burger, without gloves or washing her hands. Then said, we're just gonna add the bacon since that's all that is missing. I was completely disgusted by so many people handling my food without washing there hands, I had to ask to have it remade. I will definitely not be coming back here to this location, EVER and I would recommend to anyone else wanting Wendy's not buying food from this location.
I was also annoyed that it was amusing & funny to the staff that I asked to have my food remade. As if my request was unreasonable, or whatever reasons, it made them laugh.
