Not only did I get served Moldy food, but Ialso l also got an incredibly nasty attitude from the manager Tammy when I called to let them know. Never again.
I asked for a fresh spicy chicken. The guy taking the order dropped me some but when I got to the windows the sandwiches where already made when I told the girl at the windows I ordered fresh chicken she told me those where fresh. But they were not fresh. I was willing to wait but they wanted to rush me off
Got my order wrong 3 times in a row tonight. 2 sandwich a fry 10 nugs. Seriously. And they just became confrontational because we tried explaining the mistakes...multiple times. Will not be coming back. Better off skyline across the road or penn station down by kroger.
Saw another post that said this Wendy's is the worst in Cincinnati and I agree. I've lived here for years and never had an issue until the past few months. They close down half of the menu early every night, including all the vegetarian items like salads and baked potatoes. The staff has told me on 3 separate occasions they just stop making these items later in the evening because they don't want to make more despite "them being supposed to, but their manager said it was fine" with a very cheery tune. I didn't ask why they didn't have the salads, so I dont know why she would even tell me that. Multiple comments about how happy the cashier is to finish her shift. I work in service industry and am really chill about making jovial conversations and no one wants to be at work, but stop telling me that in addition to the fact that I can't eat half the menu because you're not interested in more work. Today it was 730 and I was told the same thing, they are out of salads, etc. Thats still dinner time. Super frustrating, I probably won't try again and save the headache.
I always love this location they're always fast I've never had a problem with my order everybody is very pleasant and personable and each time I come they remember my face have actually started building rapport with many of the workers it's been refreshing
Nice staff. Good value for the money. Panko coated fish sandwich flavorful and crunchy.
A horrible experience - this place is staffed by rude, unprofessional children. The manager should be fired both hiring, and allowing such employee behavior. The child staff used the restaurant as their play space with little to no supervision. It was like a high school lunch room without any parents or teachers around.
First, there were way too many people working - so much so, there were two girls sleeping in the dining room while on their “break”. Three other employees were running around, laughing, cursing, talking to friends who kept walking inside.
There was a small medical emergency and the children running this place found it funny, were laughing and joking, and making just the rudest, meanest, nastiest comments about someone in trouble.
Seriously - these child workers had no empathy, sympathy, or support for anyone but themselves. Their parents should be ashamed of such bad behavior, but everyone on this staff should be fired for tolerating and promoting such a hostile workplace.
I went yesterday. The food was awful. The lettuce had black spots, the bun was stale, and the meat was overcooked and hard. I told the manager, and she just said "uh huh" and walked away. I won't be back.
