I’m really disappointed at this location,I came to get something to eat and the service it’s really bad the guy who took my order was really rude and don’t have any customer service or patience at all kept telling me what else what else not even a chance to look at the menu then I get my food and it was all over the bag the fries half full. No wonder why this location seems to be always alone due to the lack of good customer service. Then I called to store and no answer what is the point of having a shift manager if they not even pay attention at all. Really need to work on your store and employees with better attitude to work with people I understand people at this point do not want to work, and you have to work with whatever you have. But I’m really upset about this i probably wont come back again and you guys probably won’t care at all.
Ordered a new mushroom double received a single with 1 mushroom slice split into three pieces, Had asked for Asiago cheese on a chicken sandwich and it was also wrong. Restaurant was not even busy and the food quality was terrible
Ignorant manager asked me to stand out in the drive thru line (no car) rather than handing off a completed carry-out order in the lobby. Other employees are helpful thankfully, and allowed me inside to grab the order! Sad that management is so lazy
So I've been waiting 2 months for a refund from this store and no one responds to me anymore. I ordered online and when I got to the store to pick it up, they said they were out. They did not offer me a substitute and when I asked for a refund, they refused and said I had to do it online. I contacted the corporate office to help resolve this and they promised to get to the bottom of it and I'm just being ignored. I refuse to give my business to this store or any other Wendy's in America. Please be aware when ordering online at this store. This is not the first time they've been 'out' of something. Very disappointed!!
I’ve been going to Wendy’s across the country for thirty years. Used to work at one for a while too. It stays pretty consistent and this location is no different. Prices may have gone up like everywhere else, but the burgers are still high quality. Hot and fresh out the kitchen.
Put in a mobile order at 11:20 PM, arrived at the store at 11:30 PM and said they had already closed the kitchen. The blonde lady who was working there said she didn't know how to do refunds and that she just worked there. She told me to call customer service. When I asked why I was able to make a mobile order if they had closed early she said she didn't know because she was in the back smoking. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Who smokes in the restaurant and closes down 30 minutes before then tells a customer they don't know how to do refunds because they just work there? AWFUL!
I think the owners fired their QA coordinator or never believed in it in the first place. Ordered, got to my destination 5 minutes down the road, and the burgers for others looked like they came out of a deep fryer. The wrapping was soaked in grease.
No matter day or night, their customer service is above and beyond. Always greeted with a smile whether dining in or going through the drive through. You can tell the food is always freshly prepared. This is definitely on of my go to’s!
