I tried the honey barbecue nuggets and they taste amazing. A mobile order was placed and food was ready right on time when I went to go pick up the order. I definitely think they had great service here at this location.
Rarely eat at Wendy's but decided to try. Sat in the drive thru. No cars ahead of me and waited almost 10min for the person to take my order. Drove away cause it defeats the purpose of going to get fast food and waiting that long just to wait.
We had a large order and my crew liked the food. I think the fries need a little tlc but not major issues with the food. Burgers were good and so were the nuggets. Workers here were great and really handled our large order with ease.
Disgusting ppl pulled up to the window being as nice as I can be and polite as I can be I asked for fresh food they laughed and giggled about It said sure I will give you fresh food, no problem, laughing and giggling as if I said something wrong when they gave me the food it was disgusting n cold I asked them can you please stop playing with my food and redo my food they took 20 minutes never came back. I had to go inside to get the food once I seen the food it had fingerprints inside of it. Nasty looking presentation disgusting Nails just nasty. Filthy the person who actually did my refund had the nastiest attitude. Her fingernails was dirty. Everyone uniforms was Filthy mean they don’t go home and wash it at no given time. The place was empty, which should have gave me clues to just go somewhere else to eat because these people can’t even make time to make one person satisfied there was No line so they didn’t have to rush. These people are disgusting and poor customer service skills poor uniforms this location sucks because I will be calling the health department next These ppl are disgusting. Their uniform is disgusting. Their hair is everywhere. Nobody wears a hair net their fingernails are disgusting. Nobody washes their ass And to top it off, they got a man taking orders at the window playing too many games with long hair down his back with no hair net JUST CLOSE THE NASTY LOCATION OR GET BETTER MANAGEMENT SKILLS INSIDE BECAUSE I GUARANTEE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT COME THERE WILL BE A PROBLEM BECAUSE YOU’RE QUALITY OF FOOD IS GARBAGE LITERALLY
This Wendy’s is ridiculous we waited on a mobile order for over an hour. They didn’t have chill or anything to do fries or bacon fries. Then we finally got to the window and the employees are cussing out customers. Then the employee left and another employee came to the window and asked what was our order.
Our order was placed around 1:25 mobile order it’s 2:35 and we still have no food. At this point we’re gonna cancel the order and spend our money somewhere else.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Worst service I have ever experienced.
The bathroom looked like a bomb went off, no usable stall, no soap to wash your hands no sanitation! The only thing fast here is the time your patience will wear out. 20 min waiting for just a burger at a fast food burger place. This place needs serious help!! Avoid!
I had a mobile order placed for pick up at 6 pm..did not receive my food until 6:52 pm after waiting in the restaurant for well over 40 minutes. Was not greeted with a smile, some employees were visibly annoyed and they were out of alot of food. Definitely not a pleasant experience by any means.
Do not expect customer service or much of anything at this location. You will wait to order with no line. You will wait a long time for food. The food will be thrown together, look like crap, and barely be hot. The person who handed over the bags of food looked miserable and didn’t say a word. The convenience isn’t worth it. Spend your money elsewhere.
