This Wendy’s used to be good.. but the last year or so they have been slacking big time. I stopped coming here a few months ago because I noticed RAW pieces of meat in my chili… decided to give it another try tonight and it happened AGAIN! You can see from the pictures where the cooked meat is and the raw meat is. Sorry, but that’s nasty!! Fries were okay, nuggets weren’t bad but I won’t be back unless things change. Hopefully they do.
We were traveling back from visiting kids/grandkids and wanted a quick snack before dinner later. We ordered chicken nuggets, fries, small coke and a small frosty to split. We were so rushed through the drive through we didn’t receive a spoon for the frosty, napkins r our coke. My wife went into get the spoons, straws and napkins and I went to get the drink. We looked at the nuggets and fries - nuggets were like rocks and inedible. Both tasted of old grease. When we asked for a refund the manager got an attitude and kept asking us what’s wrong with them. Very slow service and people standing around just talking and even after seeing customers waiting, kept on talking.
i ordered online and they totally messed up my order. i ordered one dave's single with a lettuce wrap & one dave's double regular adding mustard, and they swapped the order! i got a dave's double with mustard in a lettuce wrap. and the service was poor the girl at the window was quite rude. don't recommend
Passed two times iv gotten the $5 bag a double stack. The bread is soggy and the burger just doesn’t taste right. Idk what’s wrong a the service just isn’t the same. Not happy about it at all. I will be letting them all know when I return again. No I didn’t wait awhile to eat the burger I got home bout 10 mins an opened it up an it’s soggy. Always done this a never been a problem.
I rarely go to Wendy’s, so I am unfamiliar with the menu. The drive-thru worker was patient and he even went along with my sarcasm about my ignorance of the menu and me saying this could raise suspicion of being a spy. We got the rather large order, and I asked him if everything was there, and asked again if he was sure. I would have been forever checking. Everything was there, even salt, pepper, napkins, & a couple packs of ketchup. It’s fast food and we all know it isn’t the best for your health, but they thrive anyway, and Wendys has a menu with some variety. Family of four = $54. Yes it seems high, but it’s the same at all other fast food joints.
Waited at window because sandwiches missing only fries in the bag, while waiting on the gentleman who I'm assuming is the manager to get the sandwiches. 3 women employee's sat at the window laughing, hugging and speaking Spanish. Guy gives me my missing sandwiches and I continue to sit there waiting on the drinks. Guy asks what's wrong? I replied "waiting on drinks" he literally has to walk through them to fill drinks because they'd filled no drinks just sitting there on social hour.
It’s breakfast time and I have to eat bacon bits of bacon I stead of a nice regular cooked piece of bacon for $8 bc there’s “no small option” according to Culpeper Wendy’s ???? It’s bad enough we gotta eat bacon bits on the Jr. bacon…but I at least thought breakfast bacon would be FRESH!!!! ????????
I'm pissed, I'm tired of going here, most can't speak proper English, usually get my order wrong. But today I really was pissed. Got my order had 3 happy meals, a large fries and I medium combo. I asked for ketchup, now that's ketchup for 3 happy meals a large frie and medium. They give me 3 packs of ketchup. I threw it at the window. I drove off. Then get home and the medium combo suppose to a chicken sandwich and it's a double burger. My wife has to go in because I am so mad I will go off really bad. I called the restaurant 5 times no answer. Why? Because they can't speak English? My wife is Spanish and she is even very disappointed in the service we always get now. Use to be nice. I'll spend my money elsewhere from now on.
