I showed up around 11:45 at night. They close at midnight. They warned me at the intercom that the food would take five minutes to make since theyre closing in fifteen minutes. I was completely fine with that. As soon as I paid for my 6 piece nugget, they had me pull up to the sidewalk and they brought it out immediately. Once I got home which was a 30 second drive, I took the nuggets out and they looked shriveled up, not cooked all the way, and they were cold. I tried taking a bite, and it tasted so bad. I am seriously not one to post reviews of a place but I was so disappointed with everything. Do not recommend AT ALL. I will share photos with this review to show yall just how horrible.
Ive always liked Wendy's food better than other fast food places however the dining room in this one and restroom weren't very clean and a lot of times if you decide to do the drive thru they have you pull ahead and wait for your food.
It was about 11pm when i ordered my food and i dieted a 6 piece, burger, frosty, and a chicken sandwich. We had to pull ahead to wait for the chicken to finish cooking and I was fine with that. When we got our food the frosty was melted and the chicken nuggets and burger were cold. I went to bite into my chicken sandwich and the thing was still RAW!
Expect to pay for your food and not get it or a refund. The employees are useless, especially Cory. He is a useless manager who can't even do something as simple as keep inventory in his store, or give a refund because HE DIDN'T HAVE THE ITEM. Also expect for the employees to tell you that they are getting a manager, despite not even asking for one, then tell the manager you asked for him. I never asked for him and I pointed that out. I ordered a baked potato, from this location everytime I've ordered one I've never gotten it and I'm fed up with it. But after informing us that they didn't have the potato, I could order something else of the same value apparently. Why the hell would I want something else when I wanted a flippin potato!? So basically if you come here, don't expect your food but expect to pay for it anyway.
The drive through window was full of thick spider webs EVERYWHERE...on the window where your food is being handed to you and the walls. The area definitely doesn't get cleaned.
I ordered a biggie bag was pleasantly surprised with the fresh fries. My burger was also hot and seemed fresh however my nuggets were rather cold. I'm from the south so my expectation for sweet tea is pretty high but the sweet tea here was the worst. It had a weird taste to it and didn't seem fresh at all. Maybe it's from the water or maybe they need to clean their equipment but it shouldn't taste like that. The service was fast but with 2/4 items being lackluster I don't know if I'll be back to this location.
I was disappointed with the Wendy’s in Warren PA. I’ve been in many Wendy’s across this country and I have to rank this as my worst experience at a Wendy’s. The food was not made with any care. The service was miserable. The restaurant was dirty even though it was not busy. The music was too loud. The people working there were not interested in me the customer having a good food and experience. I will not be going back to a place that obviously isn’t interested in me being there.
The dining room was dirty, no clean tables. They only had a couple more customers. Food was not put together properly. Music was way too loud. The cashier was no help with the menu. There was hair in the food.
