Fries were cold and I paid 27 dollars and change for a 5 dollar biggie bag a baconater combo and a 10 piece nugget combo. If I wasn't in such a push for time I would have took this message back to them. I've never had a bad experience with Wendy's ever until now and I ho there once or twice a week because their food is almost always fresh.
Ordered One simple burger, and took almost 30 minutes, and i was pulling trailer and made me pull back around. This place does make burgers correct? They were not busy one car in front of me before you know it to were in front of me then 3:00 because I had to wait I don't understand are they cooking Burgers back there or what are they doing it was ridiculous I was trying to get home before dark pulling a trailer. Smdh!
The lady at the drive thru had an amazing personality. She was fun, kind, & helpful! I hadn't been to Wendy's in 15+ years because of a bad experience at a different location, but everything was great on this visit!
Picked up a quick bite for dinner here while traveling. We went inside to order. The inside had ample seating and was very modern and clean. The staff was friendly, took our order and had our food ready quickly. The food tasted good and was fresh and hot. Would definitely stop here again for food.
Where do y'all hire your help from? Poor girl at drive thru had no teeth, looked as though she was high as a kite, had us pull up and wait for the fries to cook. 5mins later they brought order to car and the fries of all things was cold. Won't return
We ordered a biggie bag with a double stack. A kids mean and a bacon double stack. We get our food and checks it and of course one sandwich is wrong. We inform the worker of the wrong burger and another worker comes to the window and says “no this is the jr bacon cheeseburger with ketchup only” my husband asks “who ordered that” she said “you did”. I said no ma’am we didn’t. That’s not our order. We told them that our receipt didn’t even say what they said we ordered.
They were so rude. If they don’t want their jobs they need to quit.
The service was good. The food was good except when food comes out of the deep fryer they need to shake the basket and let the grease coast off of the food.
I ordered a baconader Jr meal with a coke light ice. Well, needless to say they can't even get right. I had mayo literally dripping off bc they put too much, was cold like it's sat for hours, 1 piece of OVER cooked bacon cut into 2 pieces, which I love crispy bacon but this was beyond done. cold fries and a diet coke no ice looked like it had sat forever. I got to the drive thru window and the older (60s maybe) was so beyond rude I was appalled. I asked for ketchup and a receipt and she literally told me NO then proceeded to ignore me while I said "ma'am" 3x!!!! There was no one in front of me or behind me. She was too worried about gossiping with her co-worker. If I treated you like that in such a way I'd have food in my face! Lucky for you my husband was with me and is my calming rock!
