Best WLM Reviews
This Wendy's has had the worst fries for what seems like a couple decades. And during the Dollar Pops deal Wendy's is running, the manager here let the dr pepper run out and just didnt get more. Seems like this place has been managed into the dirt over years. Really disappointing. All comes down to bad management at the top. Fryer aint cleaned right and hasnt fried right
Got our food in a timely manner and was very good. Easily the best Wendy's in the area
Will not be eating here anymore ,my family and I have gotten raw hamburger meat in our sandwiches on more than 3 occasions. Please check your food before eating!
After waiting 20 min in the drive through. We got out with cold French fries. Sandwiches completely wrong! Horrible
This Wendy's never lets me down. Crisp yet not crunchy bacon, hot salty fries, burger always cooked through!
Went thru Vienna drive thru no straws for drinks one order of fries missing had to go inside for fries kids meal had no toy inside. Two of my hamburgers were raw on the inside. Fries were soggy when we were told to pull up for fresh fries had to wait 20 minutes.Tried calling Wendy's phone was continuously busy. All of this for $37.00. Very disappointing and inexcusable.
Always an issue at this location. Asked for extra honey butter on my biscuit this morning, when I got it there was at least 1/2 cup to 3/4 cup honey butter within this wrapper. I returned it and asked for it to b made properly it came back the 2nd time with just a little under what was on it the 1st time. I was already waiting on frys because when they gave me the 1st set there was maybe 6 frys in it. And when I asked them to fill it she said u have to pull up n wait were out. They gave me what was left of the last batch n didn't think I'd say anything. Like how many times a day do they do that to people who don't say anything. I ended up having to throw the entire sandwich away. Staff here is horrible along with the food.
Wow! That pretzel pub with grilled chicken is the best chicken sammich ever. Wife got another today but I'm staying on my diet but was a little jealous. 5-22-22 Still good service and the potato fries at breakfast are good
