I went in to get me and my boyfriends lunch before work, and the drive through was packed so I went inside and the guy working the register was completely rude and disrespectful to every customer I saw him interact with, this older women who was in front of me went up to get her order and she saw that some of the things were wrong so she nicely asked him if he could fix it and instead of just fixing it he argued with her about wether or not it was wrong, and then in front of everyone said “I’ll fix it since you wanna be so difficult ” and then rolled his eyes at her and ignoring everything she was saying. which to me was absolutely not okay. She didn’t even do anything to warrant such an attitude, every time I order from this Wendy’s 9 times out of 10 my order is completely wrong. I’m not even the type of person to leave reviews but that was just awful to witness. And that wasn’t all he talked to just about everyone disrespectfully. I have a feeling nothing is ever done about it.
I would give it 5 stars but lately every time I order something.And it comes out wrong.I wanna first start to going there.Because I used to love to get McDonald's.But now I'd rather go to Wendy.'s I thought because they didn't mess up the food.But every time I've been there in the last month and a 1/2.The food has been horribly messed up like the f.Taste great , but it's not the right food and i'm tired of dealing with this
Everything tasted good. However I gave it a shot again with the fries. I ordered Cheese fries. They smelled bad and tasted horrible. I will get sandwiches and chicken nuggets from Wendy's. I won't give the French fries another try. 4 tries is enough.
They were very slow everybody was bringing their food in from window it wasn't right.i waited in lobby for over 15 min waiting on a Dave's cheeseburger with know cheese cause they got it wrong. this was the worst service we have ever had the young girl running the front taking orders differently needs more training

against better judgement, I went late at night and had wanted to try their Barbecue Chicken Sandwich and not only was the chicken cold it was tough and definitely NOT "made to order" it was held for far too long. Same sandwich, I had ordered NO crispy onions and they put them on it. ???? I expected it to come with muenster cheese but maybe they didnt feel like getting it or forgot the cheese for that sandwich build but either way, they put American on it to cut an unnecessary corner in their evening. Fries were made to order, hot too! Just watched them drop them and use tongs to put then into my fry carton BUT without salt, and a size large not even half full. ???? I recommend going during the day.
The chicken has been replaced by breading, water leaking all over the foundation drink counter. Definitely for the price could have ate else where and will next time.
139 pm food was cold and not fresh burger and cold fries $17. How is this possible even extended wait
