So I wanted to try the new saucy nuggets meal. My sister had went to get our food, she has a medical condition where she can’t speak real loud so I had written down my order for her to give to the person taking the order. My sister was trying to place the order but the girl could hear or understand I’m not sure which but my sister asked her do you want me to pull up and tell you at the window her reply was “No I just want you to tell me what you want”…So needless to say if the young lady would of had a little bit more patience with the elderly or took the time to care maybe my order would have been correct not to mention my nuggets wasn’t even warm smh complete waste of my money…
Worst service I've had in quite awhile! There was a lady already waiting in line when I walked in. After 5 minutes, the girl at the counter who was filling orders finally stepped over to take our orders. Otherwise, she never even acknowledged that we were there--zero eye contact! I do have to say that the food was ready very quickly and was fresh and hot. Most of the dining area seemed clean and in good repair except for the carpet. The carpet was filthy, terribly worn, and is buckling in several places! This store has a lot of good things going on but some of the bad ones brought the overall rating down pretty hard!
This Wendy's is one of the better ones in town. My food order is usually correct and my sandwich order is about 75% correct. I order my sandwiches with everything and have learned to order them "burger build" which has brought the percentage up. The staff is friendly and courteous and wait time isn't bad. **Edit**This Wendy's used to be ok but recently has gone way below average. Got a chicken sandwich that was inedible. For the price, that's unacceptable. I used to manage a Wendy's and there is no way a chicken like that would have gone out the door. No wonder Burger King has taken over 2nd place after McDonald's. Step up Wendy's!!
It's a Wendy's. It's probably one of the better ones I have been to. The food is consistently good and they haven't messed up an order yet!
I went through drive through ordered 6 dollar biggie bag got everything but coke went back got the drink and left I ate 2 nuggets one after I left first time and one second time I get home and pulled meal from bag and damn it's getting bad prices going up and getting lesser and lesser of food I mean hell already get small order of fries but damn this is sad and glad I took picture!.... Now that's a small order of fries for a 6 dollar meal!!

This place is one of the worst places you could ever eat. Unfortunately it is relatively close to my house so I have tried and tried to keep going back but today was it!
I purchased two large chocolate frosties and when I got around to the window and had already paid they told me they were out of chocolate Frosty. I was informed that it would take 10 minutes and I informed them I didn't have 10 minutes and I wanted my money back. So they put it supposedly back on my card but it has never appeared. I told them it would take forever and they said yeah probably a week or so! I told them I wanted them to give me my money out of the drawer and they refused and when I insisted they said they were going to call the cops. This place is ran by the rudest nastiest looking people in Kokomo. I have finally learned my lesson I will not even so much as turn around in their parking lot ever again. Just stay away from this place, go someplace else but don't go here! It has been years since I've had a really good cheeseburger from this location. Usually they are completely dried out as if they've been waiting for you all day. ,????
Food is becoming nasty use to like going an getting chicken nuggets meal but Frys are cold an under cooked an nuggets seem like they have been sitting to long chili has had way to many beans,
Went through the drive-thru, so I can't say how the atmosphere was. First off, I'm not a Wendy's fan, but my grandchildren are, so of course as a good grandma I have to let them have their picks every so often. They, of course, were thrilled, I just got a bacon cheeseburger. It was fine. Folks, this is a fast-food place, I really don't have to tell you all what to expect from a fast-food place. You know about most & in sure what you want to know is if the help is good & the food is decent. Yes, on both counts, so if you're a Wendy's fan, stop in & pay them a visit.
