Food good, but prices are higher, and takes a long time through drive thru, and then not always right or hot.
I've been eating there for over 40 years. They aren't quite aa good aa they once were when the commercial with the little old lady who says "where's the beef", but I still love their chicken sandwiches and chocolate frosties.
The back area was a complete mess on the floor. Employees doing nothing in the back. The front girl was out vacuuming the carpet in the dining area. But the girl making the food…. Well, she’s sitting on an office chair rolling around on her phone, and making food. Never stood up. She actually made food while sitting on an office chair. I could not see anything wrong with her. I guess just plain laziness. But if I’m wrong i apologize. But i don’t think i am.
Love Wendy's Somehow they are always on top of the fastest drive thru times too.
The ghost pepper chicken sandwich was outstanding! It was very spicy, so be prepared. It was also ready 30 seconds after I ordered it. I was concerned it had been sitting, but it was fresh and the fries were hot. Good service too.
The only down side is that they don't take Pilot Reward points, even though they're literally inside the Pilot.

I told myself i wasn’t gonna get no one in trouble this year nor i was going to complain so I’m sticking to the plan, but geeeez i have to let EVERYONE KNOW including the managment that the crew is lazy AF!!!
I had to wait 15-20 freaking minutes for a small fries and 2 junior bacons!!! THIS IS NOT ACCEPTABLE AT ALL specially when i was the only customer and there was like 3 or 4 crew members that knew that i was waiting.
One of the kids ordered a Biggie bag, and we drove off before we realized they never handed us a drink. So running back in, my husband came back with extra fries and said they apologized and offered him free fries! Great save! .... I hope we didn't get someone else's forgotten fries!!
Went in to order so I could make sure they got it right and they still got it wrong ????
