I highly recommend Wendy’s! The food is absolutely delicious, and there’s a wide variety of drinks to choose from, making it the perfect spot for a great meal. Whether you’re in the mood for something classic or looking to try something new, Wendy’s has it all. Definitely a top choice!
We had breakfast Thursday and lunch Friday. Both great.
The breakfast potatoes are very tasty, as were the chili, burgers.
I went thru the drive thru with my family. The service was great, the worker was friendly, patient and efficient when taking our order. After getting our food, I pulled to the side to distribute and realized we were missing several items, a Frosty, some nuggets and all of the sauces we needed. this surprised me since the staff member taking our order was so efficient. My daughters went inside to get our missing items. We then drove off. My daughter proceeded to eat her baconator fries. She got my attention and showed me that she had found a sticker in her food as she was about to take another bite. It was not small either. It was a large foreign object that she almost bit into with her fries. How disturbing! Finding something like this in your food is one of the worst things that can happen when a person is buying fast food. I feel that, overall this store needs to have someone come in and teach them how to run the business properly, from making sure stuff doesn't fall into the food, to making sure they are getting orders correct and giving people what they paid for so they don't have to come back inside for it. Again finding a non food item in your food is one of the worst things that can happen at a restauran! In conclusion, they did a terrible job and need some serious food handling assistance.
I am very disappointed in this place. Me and my family came through the drive-through ordered multiple things including baconator fries we get our food and pull off. We noticed that we were missing a small frosty as well as chicken nuggets and the sauces. After we get all of that situated I finally get to take a bite out of my food, which was the baconator fries and to my surprise there is a food, expiration date sticker in my food. This is definitely unacceptable. I will be calling the corporate office because I am very disturbed.
Ordered on the app, go to the drive thru. Was not greeted at all, just yelled at that they are out of chicken nuggets, medium fry containers and frostys. I told her that I ordered on the app. She said Ill need to cancel if I had any of those items. I said well I ordered a biggie bag, could I get the rest of the food and just not get the nuggets? No. Youll need to cancel on the app. I asked if they could cancel on their end. No. ????
Parked in the shade next to a dinged up SUV with a trash bag over a broken window. My son opened his door, and caught the car. Which I had not noticed. Walked in, had the drive thru lady greet us with “Did you just hit my car?” Marched out side to check the car, and as I began to follow her out, she kept telling us to just wait inside. Which we did not. After rubbing at one of many marks on her car, she declared it to be fine. Switched gears and was sweet as pie inviting us back in. But went back to nasty as soon as I told her we were no longer interested in eating there. Reading reviews here has helped make us feel a bit better. Shout out to Casey’s for the pizza and always amazing and friendly service!
Got there around 7:30 pm and was told they were out of salad, baked potatoes and frosty’s! So I ordered 2 chicken sandwich’s and fries and 2 small chili’s! I heard the girl say they were out of chili after my order! There is a sign on the door that masks are required but I noticed several people behind the counter cooking not wearing masks so I don’t know if I will be back to this location for awhile! Chili was cold and the chicken was dry!
This was the best Wendy’s I have been to in a looong time. The Lee’s Summit and Blue Springs locations have always let me down, but this was the first time I had been to the Raymore location and it tasted like the Wendy’s I had 10 years ago as a child. Summer helped me inside for my to—go order and she was perfect. Felt just like when I was a kid!
