I went to this Wendy’s to order dinner for my three kids. While in the drive through line I noticed it smelled like stale weed, cigarettes and cigars. It took forever even though I was the only one in line so I had to endure the unpleasant smell for a while. They were out of everything. Fry containers, chocolate frosty, and other things. The worker took minutes to answer each question. When I pulled up to the window to pay the man’s nails were disgustingly dirty. He looked high. He didn’t speak one word to me. I gave him a $50 bills and he had to call over someone to help. I finally make it through. I get home and my kids food order was wrong. I was missing a baconator. I didn’t even call to get my money back because I do not want to waste my time. This was my first time and last. I will never go here again.
Got in line at 6:45 PM and made a mobile order it took about 10 minutes to get to the front of the line at the speaker. They told me they had my order once getting to the window. They told me someone had already taken my order and they refuse to give me a refund or make my food so within 10 minutes they gave my food away claiming they already gave it to a person with the same name as me the guy at the window was super rude. Give me my food or a refund. This place sucks it’s not my first time having a bad experience there but they lost a customer for good this time.
Drive thru took much longer than usual and I ended up with the completely wrong burger, no sauce for nuggets, no straw, no receipt. Staff was extremely rude, too. Really sad to see, since this location used to have great service, food, everything! There must have been a change in the entire staff, since this one trip made it completely not worth going to this location anymore.
I went inside to order carryout since the drive thru line was very long. It took almost 10 minutes for someone to take my order to begin with. After waiting over 15 minutes for my order, I asked an employee about it. I was quite annoyed when they told me they already made my order, but didn't know where it was. I made a comment about the employees smoking pot outside the restaurant and that may be why they couldn't find it. The response I received was that smoking pot is legal in Ohio now. I finally received my order, but it still wasn't correct.
This place has really gone downhill over the last 6 months or so. Used to be the fastest place in Delhi. Far from it now. Just sat at the speaker for 5+ minutes before anyone even said anything. Then another 10 minutes to get to the window. Then got pulled forward and sat there for another 5 minutes. Several cars behind me got out of line. Food itself was fine at least.
Wanted to treat the wife to dinner, she said she wanted outback but I said nah girl too expensive, so we settled on Wendy’s. Got there at 7pm and there were three cars in front of us in the drive thru. Didn’t get our food till 7.40pm! We sat at the window for 20 minutes waiting, no communication from the worker at the window, she was rude as hell. When she finally opened the window with our food she just threw the bag at me and slammed the window closed. Burger was decent but damn we ain’t comin back here for sure, next time I’ll treat her to McDonald’s instead cos Wendy’s lost my business
So I ordered 2 bacon cheese baked potatoes.. this one one of them..
NO BACON AT ALL looks like some one had picked at it. ????The other one was the same way but you can tell The potato have been sitting for a couple hours It was very wrinkly and dehydrated looking.. ????????♀️ also no bacon.
We also ordered a Bacon double stack
NO KETCHUP. It was extremely cold The cheese look like it had been sitting for a couple days. On top of THERE WAS LOT'S OF KETCHUP.. ????????♀️ and 4 $5 biggie bag's
Let me just say they was cold as hell.
Chicken nuggets old.. I'm literally over this Windy's all the way around.
I didn't even turn around and go back
BECAUSE
I've literally worked 14 and 1/2 hours on my feet all day.
All i was trying to do is feed the kids so i didn't have to cook and I could just GO TO BED.????????????♀️
But NOOOOOO once again Delhi Wendy's
Let me down..
I have not been to this Wendy's in over 3 months because of the same similar situation.
YES I GET IT IT'S FAST FOOD I UNDERSTAND FAST FOOD IS TRASH ANYWAY.. ????
But come on now..
At least put some quality in your food before you send it out the window.
If you see a baked potato that looks like some old wrinkly ???? what ever..
DON'T Just slap some cheese on it and throw it out the window.. that's NOT COOL AT ALL WHAT SO EVER..
I know you are not the only restaurant that does this unnecessary stuff I KNOW..
But come on now..
There is no hope for us working moms who just want to give the kids a little something instead of cooking them a four-course meal after a 14-hour shift.. ????????♀️
But it's all good that was a waste of $36.73
Because half of the food went to the trash and I just ORDERED PIZZA HUT. ????
One of, if not the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had. The employees I worked with were ghetto and unprofessional with poor communication skills. Dining room floor was disgusting and slippery. Multiple items missing from order. I Do Not Recommend!
