So they're food is honestly always great really what you would expect. Atmosphere is clean and ambient, great feel! There's usually a bit of a wait, I usually don't tend to mind, but only short of the five stars. Great visits always tho!
Wanted a burger late that wasn’t from McDonalds. Saw Wendy’s was still open, so went to give it a try. Not only was the night crew ready and VERY friendly, my burger came out lightning quick and was steaming hot and fresh. Hands down best Wendy’s service and burger I’ve had, bonus stars for it being 11 pm!
Waited 46 minutes in the drive through to get a promo item. After the 46 minutes of waiting I find out they gave me a completely different item. I can literally see the workers messing around inside while me and 4 other cars wait for 46 mins. Worst experience I’ve had to date.
Absolutely awful I placed an order online whenever I arrive they were out of the frosty that I had ordered with my crabby patty meal no big deal I told him it's not a big deal I'll take a regular chocolate Frosty I get into my food and told to have a nice day and shoo Ed off so I didn't get my Frosty that I ordered nor did my girlfriend get any sauces with her nuggets that she ordered I understand being busy and things get hectic but that's just kind of blatant laziness.
UPDATE: so I got home and emptied out my bag not only was there no sauce for the nuggets they just didn't give her one of her 10-piece nuggets so that's cool no more going to Wendy's in Cape Girardeau.
This wendy's in cape Girardeau i love their burgers and they got good chicken nuggets as well and good salads. But they are way too slow and most of The Times they don't get your food order right very sloppy franchise!!!
But hey, if you love wendy's, then it might be worth your time but if you're in a hurry, you might want to go somewhere else!!!!
Had the Saucey nuggets last week and they were great but had again this week and they hardly had no sauce on them. Very dry. No ranch dressing. Very disappointed.
The only location in this city. Next to Schuncks Grocery Store it is clean on the inside and the manager new what she was doing. Free Wifi at most locations.and the long table does have a place to charge devices which is always a plus They have one t.v. on at all times all dine-in places should support this it's 2019. The food was good and was hot. There are clean restrooms and Plenty of parking.
I'm diabetic and my sugar was low so we went to the closest fast food restaurant which happened to be Wendy's. I had an order of Baconater Fries. The service was fast and the fries were excellent ????????!
