They were understaffed and out of food at night, though they did allow substitutions. Not the fault of the employees, but management needs to pay better and attract more employees. My Baconator fries didn't have any liquid cheese goo on them.
I recently ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit here(6/11/2024) it was bland. It took 5 or 6 minutes waiting at the window. I don't know if you ever had to wait behind someone at the window, you start thinking they ordered for a whole bunch of people. It was one biscuit sandwich.
I ordered it because I had two recently at the Wendy's at Louisa Kentucky, they were both fabulous! Today's biscuit sandwich, pale comparison. Think turkey bacon versus real bacon.
The staff was nice, seemed to be working short. Seems it's going around. ????
Pretty crummy experience here. I waited over 25 minutes for my order, a few kids meals and two meals. The staff was rude when we inquired about it.
The bathroom smelled horrendous. I should have ran to the restaurant next door, used their clean restroom, and then still would have had time to get back before my food was ready.

All 3 order kiosks said “sorry, please see team member”
Waited at counter 5 minutes (not long but) not a single person said a word to me. “I’ll be right with you”. Something! I made eye contact with 4 employees, no one bothered. I’m at McDonald’s across the street Got a meal in less time than I stood in Wendy’s line being ignored
Super rude employees, not existent customer service. I get it's fast food but it's embarrassing youd hire and keep people like this. Avoid this location.
Was 5 stars and used to be my favorite Wendy's. Past few months has been extremely inconsistent. Missing ingredients, wrong items, skimping on the cheese sauce for breakfast sandwiches ect... Hit or miss on getting a great sandwich or a mediocre one.
Dirty location, will NEVER return here. Staff could care less about anything. The only person doing any work is the person making the sandwich’s. The rest of the 20 some year olds on their phone and eating over food going out window.
Every single time I visit this location they just don't put an item on my sandwich. For instance I'll receive a hamburger without a hamburger patty but everything else. This has happened 3xs. I understand people make mistakes but this feels a bit extreme.
