I'd rather much come here than the location on Main St. I go occassionally on weekdays for lunch and I never have any issues. The staff is friendly and the food comes out in a reasonable amount of time. The place is clean and doesn't feel dingy like the other location. The drink machine works and the condiment station is stocked and clean. I ordered a Dave's single and chili cheese fries today and both were hot and delicious.
Horrible customer service. I waited for five minutes for order. While trying to get someone’s attention inside to take my order a worker says on the intercom to “hold up” and gets off the speaker. I felt that was very unprofessional and now I’m not going to that store. Hopefully the manager will take care of the situation because this unacceptable.
The stafff there is absolutely terrible. They always have an attitude and NEVER get the order correct. It’s such a shame when you see people at their place of employment and they wear the nastiest attitudes, no form of pleasant in a customer service business. They need to move on and find a job more fitting for their personalities. I would give 0 stars if I could. What else to expect from fast food anyways.
If I could give no stars, I would. The food, definitely not fresh. The restaurant was dirty too include sticky floors. There was no soda in the dine-in lobby. No ketchup in the lobby, and the packets I did get were sticky, with "stuff" stuck on them. While using kiosk are beneficial, however they are allowing the employees to be less engaging. These employees were less than nice. There was a lady working in the back on the food line, and if not for her we would not have received any service at all. We decided to avoid Wendy's for a while due to this experience.
Walked up to the counter and was ignored by the whole staff. Tried to get their attention they would just look at me and ignore me some more. This is the worst service I have ever had and would warn anyone that wants to eat in the dining room at this restaurant, don't stop just keep on going and find somewhere else to eat.
Stopped in the other day to get lunch. It was really hot out and the line was around the building. So I decided to go inside. Stay inside for 36 minutes only to get home and find out that I received. Somebody else's foodhad my receipt try calling the store. The phone was very busy for 3 hours totally understandable.
Finally, finally got ahold of somebody on the night. Shift said that they are not allowed to give a refund over $20. Call the next day spoke with Sharon. The manager she left a note for the manager named Dwayne. I'm here now and they're giving me a hard time wanting. All my information like I did something wrong 3 days to get a refund back when you have your receipt and it was an honest mistake. Now I'm getting really upset. The service is horrible here and the store is still out of Coke a week and a 1/2 later in the lobby....
So, the food at this location is tolerable. Everything but the fries typically come out warm. But the service is absolutely awful every time I come here, and the amount of time it takes to get my food through the drive through is typically 15 minutes every car infront of me, which is WILD. They’ve cancelled my order on me before too while in the drive thru and it’s pretty frustrating
Absolutely horrific experience. Long line at drive thru. They had no ice and no Coke. Ordered a $6 Bourbon Burger and it came completely plain...literally, a piece of meat with cheese on a bun. And the burger was full of gristle. I would have gone back and got a refund but the line was too long so if you are thinking about stopping here...don't.
