I don't remember ordering soda on the floors or counters, but it seemed included nonetheless. I was also delightfully surprised when the bathroom was significantly more disgusting than the rest stop bathrooms I stopped at on the way up here. At least the food seemed to be what I ordered. Will report back if/ when I get hand foot mouth disease.
Staff at the drive through are really rude and don’t even understand what you say I have had bad experience a total of 8 times now this is ridiculous
Why put someone on drive through knowing you don’t even speak English.
I have worked in customers services for 10 years and I know how the this works. At some point I would think the manager would see this and do something about it make some changes. (Seems like it has not happen ) A few times I pull up through the drive through to get my food and there laughing very disrespectful on all the staffs part that participated in this.
I will be reaching out to the head quarters so maybe they can do make some changes
I have been in Redmond for 6 years and over the last year it has gone to crappy services
Clean place with good music. I came almost an year later so place looked renovated. We tried chocolate frosty, fries , chicken nuggets and italian mozarella chicken sandwich combo. It was pretty decent taste wise. We also ordered spicy chicken which is my fav.
I drove via drive through for my mobile order. The staff kept asking my name for five times although I kept repeating it. I also showed her my order details and confirmation email including my name. She refused to listen and She insisted that I park my car and pick up my order in store. I got my order immediately when I walked in. Why did she ask me to do that? Why couldn’t she give me my order directly? I don’t get it. poor service. So rude
My frosty was melted. My burger was just disgusting. I contacted corporate and they said it was not their problem as it was a franchisee.
Early Sunday morning, we came to check out the breakfast menu. As a couple sometimes finding common ground is uncertain. I went for their new breakfast burrito and actually enjoyed it. It was fresh and cooked perfectly. My GF went for the French toast combo, for both our meals we paid $16 in medium sizes for both combos. Good experience overall for breakfast.
Just found a dead bug on the lettuce of my chicken sandwich. Literally never coming here again, the staff are perfectly nice but that is disgusting and should never happen when the lettuce is so visible.
Got coupons in the mail and saw a giant image of new saucy nuggets on them. The spicy Buffalo ones looked good. Since I haven't been to Wendy's in years I'd thought I'd give it a try.
So I cut out the coupon of the BOGO spicy or regular nugs and take it in. I order a bunch of food and then wait in the drive through and when I go to pay they say they don't accept the coupon because it's only for non saucey nuggets... Super misleading especially considering the giant image of nuggets on the coupon sheet and also the word spicy or regular on the actual coupon is similar how to there are spicy or regular sauces?? We ask them if they can just redo the nuggets so we can use the coupon and the manager comes out dangling his ring-covered hands out the drive through window (I really hope he's not touching people's food with those. It's a food code violation) and tells me no that I have to take the food.
Alright whatever. I paid and left and I'm pretty certain this will be the last time I ever eat at a Wendy's.
Good thing too, they gave us old fries and the nuggets were cold by the time we got home less than a mile away from home?
