By far the rudest employees of any restaurant or fast food I've ever experienced. This isn't based off of one time, this is now the fifth time I've had an issue here. The employees taking the order and at the window are so insanely disrespectful it's no wonder the other reviews echo this. The food is pretty good, but it's a shame that I have to be go through; having a drink and sauces almost thrown at me, no thank you back, no have a great day, mumbling, entitled, lifeless employees.
Honestly no stars you guys were so rude. You didn't get our order right and when we went back to get it right there was more eye rolling then I'm sorry wr got your order wrong let's make it right. They were rude and it's a shame to see these youngsters act that way. Customers always right no matter if you like it or not. A friendly reminder be nice to people and they'll be nice back.
Tried the Krabby Patty meal. The burger was dry and not tasty. It was kind of off putting. The pineapple frosty was ok. Disappointing for such an expensive meal. Service was lackluster. I tried to ask questions, but the cashier wasn't listening and ended up charging for an extra frosty I didn't order. No point in going back and complaining as the service was pathetic. I just won't make the mistake of spending my money there again.
1 star really isn't low enough. We stopped and went inside because the drive through was super long and boy was that a mistake! We ordered a kids meal and 2 of the 5$ bags. We waited 45 minutes it was so bad even other people waiting commented on the fact that they had seen people who came after us get their food. The 2 girls at the counter were talking alot more than working and the drive through cleared out not once but twice before we even got food without even a sorry for the wait. Then once we got our food you could tell what order the bag was packed fries were fresh nuggets were average and burgers cold as could be. We didn't even get sauce and didn't dare go up to the counter to ask because frankly we didn't want to wait another 30to 45 min. Needless to say worst experience I'd suggest driving another 30 minutes to a different wendys you will receive your food in the same time frame if not faster and it may actually taste good
I cannot tell you how filthy this place is. I’ve been here twice, and I don’t know why I went back the second time. And the condiment counter that has the catchup stinks to high heaven, like it has not been emptied or cleaned in weeks. The floor is disgusting. If you stand on one side of the room and glance toward the door where the light is coming in, there are swirls where dirty mop water has left marks. Pictures I have will not do it justice. There is such lack of cleanliness that I cannot imagine where inspectors have been. It’s been this way for a long time. Only 3-4 customers and NOT too busy to wipe down and empty trash. I don’t know anyone else who has posted negative remarks here. We’re not a team of people trying to throw this Wendy’s under the bus. Someone needs to get a hold of this place and clean it up, or move it to a slum. These pictures do not do not show how bad it is.
At approximately 9:45PM I arrived to this clean local Wendy’s and had “Sammy” take my order, I ordered the Krabby Patty Collab meal, Sammy was a delight taking to especially with how much Wendy’s as a whole has been going through with the whole Krabby Patty chaos. For a late night dinner this was exceptional service for being respectful to us even when you are tired. The only down side from this experience if any was the food being bagged at the front counter with no gloves, Besides the point me and my friends had a great night trying out this limited edition meal with decent customer service. As of the food I would highly recommend the Pinneapple frosty to anyone as it’s strong on the pineapple side with a fresh taste, The “Krabby Patty” was a classic Dave single but could use extra sauce but was reasonable for a average customer the Krabby Patty made it look like it was made by a professional with the way the toppings were on the burger and made the experience more creative.I had a decent time here at this Wendy’s location and made some good memories with some friends!
Super friendly staff and also super fast service! Great food, but the cleanliness was a bit lacking. Still a good experience though. We'll be back!
Fries were cold and soggy. Burger patties were cold and stale. Barely warm enough to melt cheese. If i get sick It was Wendy's.
