If I could give this Wendy's a Zero star that would be it.I ordered online and when I told the lady my order name in a very rude way she said we don't have any tea .I asked if I could get a lemonade or something like that and she said no it has to be a fountain drink.I said ok if I dont like it can I get something else she said No they all taste like water. I ASKED FOR A REFUND AND SHE SAID NO and then started cussing at me so I drove off.She was the manager and her name is Crystal so she said
I had lunch at Wendy’s while parked here for the weekend. The staff were courteous and organized. The dining area was clean and tidy. My food came as ordered and met my expectations. Many thanks to the friendly day staff at this Pilot/Wendy’s location.
I'm a vet with disabilities that does Uber & Uber Eats. The store has a note on the app that says go through drive thru for pick up. Upon going through they told me pickups needed to come inside to verify order. Understanding,although painfully, I went inside and all they needed was a name. I could have given them the name at the drive thru, without the added pain.
Dining room was almost empty and one person in front of me waiting to order. I waited for almost 10 min to order and the 5 people working seemed overwhelmed. Two workers started arguing about which size cups to use for which drinks and all the other workers stopped and stared at the argument. I finally just left before even getting a chance to order.
Abysmal customer service, it took myself and the lady in front of me forever to get our orders in. Daytime (asst?) manager couldn't appear to care less and it shows the same with her employees. Drive-thru gal took my order but didn't get me my drink and worst of all, not a hair net in sight!! Fortunately the food was good, no hairs in it!!
Dave Thomas would be rolling in his grave if he could see this store.
I visited on Sunday morning 6/23/24 10:37am...the whole crew that was working that time was awesome..food all was cooked fresh and they was putting out order fast and taking them...YES I DI THE SURVEY ON THAT BACK OF MY RECEIPT
kinda weird that my friend starting picking her chicken apart into little pieces but i guess it’s whatever
