I went through drive thru and asked for a son of a bacon-nator combo with only cheese, ketchup and bacon, Dr Pepper and fries. I got back to work and realized not only was I charged for a full size but I didn’t get my bacon either and My Dr Pepper was out of carbonation. It was horrible!! I tried calling them twice and it rang and rang.
At 11 AM nuggets bearly warm. Apparently been under the warmer for a while. These nuggets seem to be new.... not fried just battered like air fried. The taste is just not the same.
Had to try the new Krabby Patty meal. The drive through was busier than it usually was but it was also around 6pm, so I'm sure there was a dinner rush and everyone wanting to try the new menu item. The burger was pretty good, fries were great, chili was ok, and the chicken nuggets were good too. No real complaints from regular Wendy's location.

I had an unpleasant experience at this Wendy’s location near the Golden Triangle Mall. I went through the drive-thru, and the girl on the speaker, Shamaya, made the interaction quite frustrating. She came across as rude and disinterested in helping customers. After every item I ordered, she would sharply say, “Anything else?” in a condescending tone, making the experience feel rushed and quite annoying.
When I reached the window, she simply said “Nuggets?” with little context, and I confirmed it was part of my order. I asked if she was the one I spoke with earlier and she confirmed. While my order was correct (thankfully), the overall interaction left much to be desired. On a positive note, the new Parmesan garlic sauced nuggets were good!
Another issue was that the location didn’t have its exterior lights on, making it dark and difficult to read the menu. This added to the frustration of an already negative experience.
This employee could benefit from some customer service training. Etiquette is key when dealing with people, and my interaction tonight left me feeling like I was an inconvenience rather than a valued customer.
Never give you a receipt so when they screw you in the drive thru and you didn't get half your food, they say "oh well you didn't have a receipt" just keep that in mind. Not the first time this happened, didn't get any sauce for my nuggets, wouldn't give me my frosty, and couldn't even be bothered to give me napkins, but low and behold I got a spoon? Them when confronted they just mean mug you and really rude, will not be coming back to this dump
I went inside to order but no one would wait on me. I spoke to the cashier and he told me to wait. I asked him if I needed to go to drive thru to get waited on and he would not reply so I left and went to Sonic where I was waited on. $30 loss for you. I honestly don't see how u stay in business with such a rude fellow. 8/9at 12:30
Ordered baconator fries & asked for ghost pepper sauce & the lady told me the sauce is for the nuggets only but she gave me one anyway. Who cares if the sauce is for the nuggets only. If I already paid for my food give me what I ask for.
They are very rude to white and Asian customers but very nice if you are black I noticed on multiple trips to this place. And it’s filthy, smells like dirty diaper, because the terrible bathroom smell leaks into the main area
