Standard Wendy's but the customer service was amazing!
Jeannine is super friendly and on POINT!!! Her customer service was beyond expectations and is the only reason why we come here. Bernie helped my daughter get a new toy after she pointed out that the insect was not correct because it's supposed to have 6 legs and the toy kit only has 4. ????????????????♀️
Horrible. Absolutely horrible. Not only was the order wrong but it was also poorly made. Pumpkin spice frosty was actually a chocolate frosty, was given the wrong drink and top it off... my grilled chicken salad looked like it was 3 weeks old! I thought the chicken were pieces of croutons!
Try to call the restaurant but they don't accept calls and hang up automatically.

If you could put no stars I would. Just ordered 2 bacon jr burgers. And spicy nuggets. Cost $15 and the most disgusting thing I've ever had from a Wendy's. The bread was hard as a rock. Everything was cold!!! Nuggets cold burger cold. Lump of ketchup and mayo that was covering the entire bun. Wendy's is not a bad fast food restaurant but this establishment was. Looking at the other reviews they should fire the whole staff. Then I had to actually wait another 15mins to get this atrocious disgusting food. I was the only car their and had to wait for garbage come on. Shut this place down. On top of that all the lights were off when you pull up looked closed from the outside. Never ever again!! I
I went through the drive-thru about 11am. The attend didn't smile, wasn't friendly, didn't bother thanking me for coming there, and just looked as if she didn't want to be there. The food was good.
Horrible Food. Fries and nuggets cooked in old oil. You can taste all the burned parts from the flat top that isn’t properly cleaned off between batches of burgers and the soda was flat. Instead of focusing on towing people who go to chick fil a…you guys should improve and work on better quality of the “food” you hand out. The Worst meal of the year.
Ordered a number 10. Asiago ranch chicken club. They forgot the bacon, the cheese, and gave me one of the smaller crispy chicken patties, not the bigger size that's supposed to come with it. Trash
The worst service ever. Took forever, co workers eavesdropped and started bashing us for complaining when we weren’t even being rude to the employees, and nobody ever asked about our food and they literally forgot it. Also, when we got there it took 10 minutes to even have someone take our order when there was nobody else in line.
I’ve ordered multiple times here and it seems like there is always something missing with my order. I get it. I work in food service but my god it seems like y’all really do drop the ball every time. My current order had my food cold. One item was completely wrong and another item was missing….and it’s the same item that I ordered the last time from this place to. With peace and love do better ????
