Not sure how this place has almost 4 stars. While it's definitely not the employees fault, the slow service for fast food is not worth $25.
Hire more workers or lower the price of the food.
Everytime I order door dash from this place with almost an hour to two hours before they close, anything under 45 minutes I don't order for respect to them as they are closing but at this restaurant I never get my food. I have multiple dashers go and wait but they leave after waiting over 20 minutes. You would think the food would be ready at least by the second dasher but no. Don't waste your time trying to get food from a place that says they are "open late" cause they just ignore your order.
I ordered my food go to pay the person at the window was just awful barely said anything but what I owed. Then they for got a sandwich went in side to get it and the guy didn’t say a word just took recipe and came back with the sandwich. Leave get home they messed up the same sandwich I went inside to get. On top of that the kid was blow gloves up with his mouth to put them on that’s not sanitary at all. Overall they should be fired because they suck spend 50 on food and wasn’t worth it and bring your own napkins to
Often I find my food cold and dry. The frostys are truly the only thing worth it at this location. Today (1:40pm) I had an order completely wrong and I called to get it corrected. When I showed up to the store later in the night (11:30) the female worker was extremely condescending and unwilling to give me what I had paid for. The manager I spoke to earlier in the day said they took my name and to come in whenever to get the correct food. I hope they look into their night staff because time and time again, this same female is very rude with a terrible tone of voice. If you have any other fast food near you, avoid this Wendy's. It's a joke that unfortunately is trending downwards.
Was 15 minutes for 2 items and I ask 3 different people about my order and thet kept giving me the run around I won't be back stop employing people that understand stuff I worked in fast food it's not hard
We ordered the saucy nuggs in garlic parmesan, they were anything but saucy, while some of the exterior was decently crunchy it also absorbed the little sauce there was and so much of it was soggy. I see it in the ad and it looks just drenched in sauce, but this was more like Italian dressing from a bottle. Will not be ordering again , not impressed.
Waited in line at the drive through for a very long time. Woman on the intercom was snarky and un-polite. At the pick up window she appeared to be dressed as management and didn't say hi, thank you or anything other than complaining that "Ryan wasn't there to work the window!" This place looks worse than abandoned buildings on the outside and the food was cold. See the broken Wendy's sign in the pic, also note the faded facade and broken bricks with spray foam oozing out.
If you don't have the Wendy's app, get it! Huge savings, especially on their premium sandwiches. Senior drinks are free! Wendy's key tag will get you free Jr Frosties!
