Great food and service. We tried a Dave's single with extra everything and they really prepared it exactly the way we liked it, sloppy. Unfortunately the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired, as long as you don't look around you're all good. The counters were dirty, carpets mot the cleanest. Place just felt dirty. The food though was excellent, pity about the surroundings.
Busy place, even late-night. Drive-thru employees were distracted by something and we all sat in line for around 10 minutes before I was able to give my order. It is nice that the screen works so you can double-check your order, wish I had checked it since a single was put in instead of a double for my order. They must have run short on bags because my large order was shoved into two of the single-item bags. Huge overkill on the ketchup, especially since I did not ask for any. 12 packets for one large order of fries. Food cost and inventory control must be a small nightmare at this unit.
Terrible again! Ordered Dave's double combo and plain cheeseburger PLAIN REMINDED 3 TIMES ! TOOK 14 MINS TO GET THIS ! big girl making burgers slowest if ever seen so yes fries were cold as well cheeseburger had everything on it! Why ? Ticket says Plain!! Last time in town they screwed up breakfast so I recommend going to waffle House or going on down road!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The prices for Wendy's are over pricing I love the salads and that new chicken wrap OMG... taste delicious...as for this store I don't have to wait in drive thru most of the time everything is quick and fresh depending on shifts..I never eat inside nowadays I do drive thru..The window workers I encountered were polite..it was quick and simple..
Ordered in drive thru. I was given my order and window was closed before I even had the order inside my car. Thought I was waiting on drink but she reopened window and ask what I needed so I told her I still needed my drink. When she handed the drink out to me, some spilled down my hand, she said 'Sorry' and shut window. Now, I'm thinking surely she ran to grab some napkins to hand me bc there weren't any in the bag.. She finally returned, empty handed and just stood staring with 1 eyebrow raised without saying anything. I asked for napkins and was barely able to say and a straw before window was already shut missing that I also needed ketchup...
Was hungry for salad ...so I got a Cobb salad to go ...it was good ...I'd stop again
Wendy's staff are very courteous and accommodating to all customers.
Last time I went to this Wendy’s it was on a Saturday night it was 12:50 about 10 mins before they close they were going slow so I had gotten up to the menu by 12:55 still had time to get something and that night then they gonna not say nothing for that 5 minutes while I wait at the menu to place an order I still had time but they gonna not say a word for 5 minutes then had the nerve to tell me they were closed when I had beat the time
