Very spacious… friendly staff. We stopped here on our way of long drive… it was a good break! As we asked for no ice in the drink, they gave a large cup fully filled with lemonade!! Enjoyed it…
Employees are doing a great job but someone from management needs to get off their couch and get over here on a Saturday and take responsibility for this place. No carbonated beverages and the card transactions are down. They seem to be under staffed also and ordering is taking forever. Again, good employees, very irresponsible management. Disappointing. Take responsibility.
While ordering my sister was trying to order and she was speaking at a good level. So I spoke up in the passenger seat and had to speak louder than normal, because I was in the passenger seat. When paying she the girl who took our order and asked if we were the ones screaming in the talk box. We explained very politely and explained we weren’t screaming just trying to make you her. And she called up disrespectful and told us next time to think about the tone we use. After that the guy dropped our money because he was laughing at us. DO NOT GO HERE. The employees are very disrespectful.
While the food here was served to us quickly and fresh, only TWO of the whole staff were wearing gloves. I watched a man without gloves grab our fries and chicken nuggets with his fingers to plate them and then pick up the ones that fell out to put it back. As I saw his fingernails, under they were packed with black stuff and his hands were dirty. I didn’t even want to eat it after seeing this. As someone who used the work in the food industry I was appalled at the uncleanliness and unprofessionalism. Shout out to those two workers who were wearing gloves. This was the tray the food was put on.
I usually enjoy Wendy's, actually one of the very few fast food places I still eat at. However, avoid this one at all cost. Rude staff; poorly prepared, dry food; open packets of dressing in the salad (not opened by me), and staff refusing to replace. Awful. Franchise owner should be ashamed.
I come almost everyday for lunch with my husband and daughter. Everyone is nice. Food is always good and order is correct. Super good experience. Plus, best A/C in town
Employees are very friendly and made sure we were taken care of and made my daughter very happy. Will always stop here on our way through. Very clean store.
It was like watching a circus. No one knew what they were doing, a whole crew of individuals working on 2 orders total and they were just staring at each other in silence. We’re on a roadtrip and were looking for a quick bite to eat— for fast food it was pretty slow, as it took 25 minutes for them to make 2 meals, in a nearly empty restaurant.
