Ordered the ranch Asiago chicken sandwich and this is the result......tiny lettuce, missing cheese and bacon. This location needs help.
Don't stop at this location. The guy walking outside to bring his drinks didn't have any of the marked, and didn't know what he handed us. We had to try each drink to find out what they where.
We're also missing two different items, and one sandwich we got was completely inedible trash. All the missing items meant I split my food to my kids, and was going to eat the sandwich, But I took one bite and it was inedible. I ended up stopping at a gas station to get hot dogs and threw away the sandwich.
A gas station hot dogs have higher quality standards than a Wendy's location there's something wrong.
Came to grab a quick bite. Service sucked. Counter person went on break to talk to fellow employee eating,while drinking cayman jack alcoholic beverages the table in dining area. Cooks were un enthused to be there! Drive through had to take counter orders. Worst stop I’ve ever made!! 11/27/24
Being that I was the only customer in the drive-thru, I felt it took a little too long to get my order. The lady that brought it out to me as I had to pull up, didn't understand English. Please teach your people to learn the language at least good morning and thank you, but as always the food was great
I wouldn't advise anyone to order from this restaurant, I spent 15 bucks on a baconater meal with a large fry and got a small in the large box I asked the cashier if this is a large he said yes. People take you're money across the street you'll get more food for your money and won't get screwed. I thought I'd give Wendy's a shot and really regret it.
It's always the small town joints that go the extra mile to make sure your experience is worth the money you pay. I got the $7 Biggie bag and the burger was delicious for the lil burger it was. The patties were slightly over done, but its not something I'm complaining about. The fries were fresh, which, if you go to almost any one in the city, you're usually let down by the cold fries. Hopefully they were being cool when they snuck a spicy nuggy in the 4 of. Loved it! The atmosphere not being it's best simply because it was warm in there due to a/c issues. Anyway, it was a great lunch experience, and it was under $8. Thanks for standing out in a field of mediocrity!
The food tasted fresh and was hot. A little bit of a wait, which is fine for fresh food. This particular location has been consistent the few times we've been.
Today was my last time getting anything from this place. Service trash, food presentation trash, and not to mention how they always get the order wrong or missing an item. Today it was both. It’s the dumb look on their face and the hand on the hip with the attitude on top when you ask for a refund. After I gave them the opportunity to fix my order and they throw it together like trash. This particular location makes every other location look bad. I could go on but I will just call corporate tomorrow.
