Worst Wendys I’ve, They always have an Attitude, never get the order correct and when You tried to Ask any Question o the looked bother. Asked for my receipt “oh the machine its not working” like seriously always the same Stories or if they do give the receipt their break the part where the manager names its. DO NOT RECOMMEND I RATHER DRIVER AT LITTLE BIT MORE AND GO TO ANOTHER BRANCH
If I could review this lower, I would. For the price of the meal, we could have gone to a much nicer restaurant like a steakhouse. The entirety of our order was wrong, and the wraps we ordered were assembled so poorly they'd fallen apart within the foil wrapper before we'd ever touched them.
This place is absolutely horrible. There was food all over the floor (like a whole kids meal worth under ONE table), spilled drinks, sauce, and food on the tables, and don’t even get me started on the bathrooms. The lady at the front counter who took our order, was the sweetest person ever. I didn’t catch her name but she looked to possibly be Hispanic. She definitely deserves a raise. The food was pretty good, my bacon could’ve been crispier, but overall the food was decent.
Now, the bathrooms????????. First of all, there was no toilet paper in the middle stall. (I know, it’s not that bad, but it needs to be mentioned.) Then, the other stall had a full trash can with another full bag ON TOP of the can. The toilet wasn’t flushed and the floor was nasty. Finally, the big stall????. First off, the big stall was locked with nobody inside of it and no “out of order” sign. Then, as I am using the bathroom, an employee rushes in and I can hear her using something to unlock the big stall. And the next thing you know, the whole bathroom smells like weed. She sits in there for a good 5-10 minutes and smokes. I didn’t see her name tag, but she had on a Wendy’s polo shirt, was working the drive thru window, had very long, black box braids, lots of tattoos, and I believe some on her face too. This is absolutely unacceptable. She then rushed back to her window WITHOUT washing her hands. And as I am sitting here writing this, the whole parking lot now smells like weed. Thank goodness I am traveling and don’t live here.
All in all, the employee who was smoking needs to be fired, the front counter miss needs a raise, and corporate needs to do something about this.
Drive thru blonde girl need more training we order a simple thing the 2 for 3 breakfast sandwiches that comes with potatoes and drink. She made us repeat the order 4 times then told us to go the window to reorder still got it wrong only got 1 drink no sides and sandwiches where wrong no napkins and handed us this after making us us drive to the door not because it was a hard or big order or because other people in line we where the only car there and she could have handed our bag thru the windows because she walk literally right to the door to our vehicle it took to seconds. On top of all this she was rude and nasty looks at us for what I have know idea
At this Wendy’s, I ordered a big Dave’s single with cheese and no onion. What I got was a big Dave single with cheese and nothing else on the burger at all no mayonnaise no tomato no lettuce no pickles nothing talk to the manager. He apologized. said I could come back and get a refund, but I didn’t wanna drive 20 minutes to Accomplish that. Totally dissatisfied. Customer Wendy’s quality has totally gone downhill.
I went through the drive through today and there was a hispanic lady working at the window and she was very rude. I’m a regular and I’m used too seeing two blonde girls and their the sweetest honestly the hispanic lady makes me not wanna come back.
The person at the drive through window all but ignored us. She was more interested in talking with her coworker than acknowledging us right down to handing us our food. There wasn't a "hi" nor "goodbye" which atleast one should be required.
Ooh yeah, let me tell you, brother! Wendy's gets five stars from me. The manager’s doing a fantastic job, and that red-haired girl? She was incredibly helpful and kind. Service like that makes all the difference, yeah!
