my fries were at least a day old. and the lady in the drive thru kept just making loud noises instead of speaking. i spend $30 on my meals and couldn’t eat any of the fries. WHICH IS ALL I WANTED. WHY WERE THEY STALE!? hi. how are you?
Ordered the chicken sandwich, the chicken was a weird texture, felt like biting into layers of plastic. My sons chicken nuggets had no taste and felt like rubber. Bacon sandwich didn't have any taste besides the whisper of bacon and plastic. Tables were decently clean. Waited 10 minutes at the front desk, no line, just poor service. I spat my food out and none of my family finished their food. The fries were good though...hooray ????
The girl name MAKAYLA always hateful when she heard my voice when I ordered drive-thru. And never scan my coupon code from the Wendy app. She always said “ IT’S NOT WORKING RIGHT NOW “ I’m regular there like almost everyday because my kids love their chicken nuggets. And of course I want use the coupon for the rewards too. What wrong with it? She did that too me like every time .. What wrong with her? Hey .. hello..
If I could leave a zero I would the food was disgusting. Even my client couldn’t even eat it. Big waste of money ordered a diet root beer and got a Diet Coke weren’t even busy. Couldn’t even get an order right not even the burgers gave me juniors instead of regular.
Love Wendy's!!! This Wendy's is one of the only ones you can still get the 4 for 4 still!!! We went after church on Sunday. We knew it would be busy so that was fine, the food was still nice and hot when we got it and the staff was still awesome!!! Also they play Christian music which is a plus Jefferson City Wendy's is one of the best Wendy's hands down!!!
The chicken sandwich was good the fresh were old and they did get my chicken nuggets a little extra crispy as requested
Over charged by ringing up wrong food. When they ring up the right food. Still over charged me by 1.50 when I questioned the refund part and asked for the food back. This was after a very ugly witch was extremely rude I'm sure was very proud of herself and thought she was something big. But she looked like an idiot. I wasn't wanting my food for free a refund on the mount they over charged me.
Food poisining diarrhea vomiting less than a hour nothing else ate all day Stay away suffering never again Done Beware Please !! Hospital said it’s listeria poisoning Don’t go here or feed yourself or children here ! be safe ! Stay Safe !
